This tv is a significant upgrade from my previous smart tv. I love Samsung tvs. I use almost every feature and can't wait to grt Samsung Smartthings to connect to this tv!

this was a birthday gift for aunt,,,, she does not have cable,,,. this was easy to install,,,, picks up local real well also gets on screen line up,,,, great picture

Absolutely love this tv. A lot bigger then I expected to buy but it has a great interface and super easy to use. Great picture quality and overall a good buy.

Has a great vibrant picture but the fact I can’t just download any app I wish knowing it has the capability is a bit of a bother. Yes I know it seems small but still it is my personal gripe with it . Other than that it is perfect thus far

Clear picture with minimal edging. It looks great tilted just a little as it is above a fireplace. Minimal glare with sunlight. Picture remains seeable.

Great picture...makes you feel you are looking at 3D...brings the video to life. The Geek Squad that installed it an paired it with my aging stereo system did a fantastic job!

I really like the clear picture and how it connects to other devices with ease. The smart remote even controls our Sanyo blue ray player without issues. I'm finally down to 1 remote.

Bought this as an amazing deal. Wanted a Q Series TV from Samsung. The color is great, the blacks are very dark. Very pleased with this purchase. Love the remote.

The screen is so lightweight. Gorgeous picture especially with 4K. Love the apps. We use it with Apple TV all the time. Just thrilled with the purchase. Price just right.

I bought this TV in Oct 2019 for our new house. It was installed by the Geek squad. So, come Feb 2020 in the middle of watching a program, it turned itself off. Tried all the options, but it did not work. Spoke to an agent from Samsung (she was very nice, by the way) and she set up a repair call. When I called for an appointment, the agent who received my call knew what the problem was and said she needed to order the part (mother board) which she did. The tech came in on time and replaced the mother board and the other board (?). But the images didn't seem like they are as sharp as they were before the mother board was replaced. Other than this power outage problem, the TV is excellent and I know I made the right decision purchasing this TV. I'm keeping an eye to see if it gets any worse.

Great Quality Pic and built in Apps. It has all Apple TV!!! That was the primary reason for getting it. No more Apple TV box. All in all I’m happy with my purchase.

My son loves this TV. Picture is clear and incredibly sharp. It was easy for him to set it up and get all his apps and streaming channels set up. The motion rate is great for gaming.

We got this TV when it just came out and had it now for over a year. Doesn’t get hot, apps work great, HD looks great, easy to use for anyone who comes over.

Great tv for the price. Doesn’t have Dolby vision but the hdr quality is great. Does a good job on black video for a edge lit tv. Easy to set up and has easy hdmi arc controls with an included smart remote. Also has ambient mode which is great if placed on a wall

This is the MOST amazing TV out there! The picture quality is like I've never seen. No matter where you are seated the picture is perfect, no distortions at all. Awesomeness for all!

Love the picture .. so bright !! Not loving the voice command as it randomly comes on in the middle of a movie “I didn’t understand that” and interrupt the movie.
