I am very impressed with this Samsung 65” QLED TV. The design is great it’s sleek and definitely light weight. The picture quality is amazing. Sound clarity is great too. We love watching Netflix on this every night after dinner and it’s so much fun to watch series on the big screen. I only found one flaw the Bixby keeps Turning on every now and then even though we don’t talk to it. That will interrupt the sound when we are watching something interesting. Apart from that I am truly impressed with all the other settings. We like the ambient mode. Colors are more vibrant and bright. Gaming is more fun too. Love the inbuilt apps too. Can control the tv with the Samsung smart things app. When we watch good quality videos the picture appears like in reality. And love the different settings to watch videos too like the picture mode, dynamic mode, standard mode and natural mode . Gaming mode works great too. Overall we are enjoying watching shows and movies on this new Samsung tv and I am happy with the performance too.

Initially the picture and sound were great, until 14 months after purchase (several months of those months the tv was barely used or not at all) the tv screen has turned black on one side. I did all the necessary troubleshooting and hours spent on chat/phone to have Samsung tell me that I need to have the tv repaired with out of pocket expense. It’s a 65” Tv so I need to have a repair person come it to repair…waiting for a call to schedule service appointment…can only imagine how much that’s going to cost with a house call. Really Samsung? Are you making disposable Tv’s now??

Worst TV I've ever owned! Screen went bad 3 days after the 1 year mark. Samsung gave me the run around and then told me because it was 3 days out of warranty, that they couldn't do anything to help me. $1100 tv should last more than a year. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG! Google "Samsung TV complaints", you will find thousands of complaints. Bottom 12 inches of my screen turned red. See pic!

The TV is sleek, wide and precise. I wouldn't say gigantic because we choose 65'' for big and better picture quantity. There is definitely a difference between the older version of Samsung TV we used it has. The picture is cleaner and the colors are pretty to see. The sound quality is loud and clear. I personally love to binge on tv shows. It's good for comedy, fantasy and horror views. It gives the best quality configuration you can get up to date. The brightness and the contract can be done manually or give to the TV it will decide it for you. Till now I have seen comedy shows, horror movies, and TV series. Everything is picture perfect. I prefer you to watch GOT on this TV, you will fall in love with it all over again. It's more clear, specific and all other details you might have missed in your old TV's. I have started watching my all-time favorite National geography documentaries and its beauty what they show and how the TV presents it to us. You have every reason to change to this TV. Its the quantity, quality and magnificent piece. This is a true masterpiece in Tech TV. #TheInsider #Samsung

Really happy with my first large 4k TV

Full disclosure, I bought my last TV in 2003 - a 32" Insignia. I wanted a 65" 4K smart TV that didn't break the bank. Really nice unit. Easy to set up. The Samsung OS is very nice and smooth. The remote control is easy to use and responsive. Picture is great. The internal speakers are good enough although I can run the sound through an older surround system with a digital to analog converter box I bought for $15. I was worried the size of the TV was going to be overwhelming. We have a vaulted ceiling in the family room and are sitting 10-11 feet away. Seems just the right size. I was planning to mount it on the wall but am probably going to go with it on the stand as it seems to be the correct height for us. Happy with the purchase.

Purchased this television on the recommendation of a review in Mashable magazine. The picture takes television to a whole new level. I subsequently purchased a Samsung sound bar to go with it, but the provided speakers in the TV were already a great complement to the picture. Easy to set up and pair with other equipment, even for a novice like me. Smart TV features allow me to connect to Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix and Disney + without an extra connection to Roku or the like. I can also use the built in Bixby function or a paired Alexa for voice activated operation.

Great picture with stunning colors. Like the bright whites and dark blacks. Easy setup. I like the openness the 2 individual stand legs provide but overall, they seem a bit flimsy. Cord management system not the best but for the most part, seems to work. I am impressed with the packaging of the TV which allows for easy access and removal for setup.

I absolutely LOVE this television! I almost didn't get it, after reading some reviews. But Best Buy had a great sale and I couldn't resist. It is hand down the best 4K TV you can buy under $1000! I looked at so many for a two month period, and this one blows them all away for the price! I hear many people complain about brightness and viewing angles. I am not having this issue, but I do recommend getting a TV Mount with a full TILT and SWIVEL feature. I also highly recommend you use the DYNAMIC image setting on the picture to get the best, brightest image. I believe it uses an energy saving mode by default, and I would agree the image isn't as nice on that setting. I also highly insist that you upgrade the software on the TV before using it, because that makes a big difference with regard to the smart features and improvements/fixes made. There is also a screen mirroring feature that is so easy to use and works perfectly. You can easily share photos and videos from you smartphone onto the TV. The built in Samsung internet browser works great and the other source inputs are great. I do wish they had other dedicated audio only source options, other than optical. Would be nice to have a 3.5mm jack, USB, or HDMI Audio output option. The Bluetooth connection to a laptop or PC works flawlessly. Highly recommend this TV!

Bought this TV as an upgrade from a 50 inch sharp, what a difference! Setting it up was easy with just a few screws. In a few minutes it was up and running with a friendly start up menu. It recognized all my gaming consoles which I thought was pretty awesome. I had also made a budget for a sound bar, but let me tell you this TV has an amplify mode with pretty decent base. The color and refresh rate are just what I was looking for. I would totally recommend this TV to a friend or a family member.

I have owned many TVs over the years, and because I unplug them during thunderstorms in Florida, I have managed to get long live from each and everyone. I'm also a gamer who on average (when new games are in my possession) plays anywhere between 20 - 100 hours per week in addition to watching TV shows on dvd or Blu-ray when I'm not gaming which also accounts for somewhere between 45 - 80+ hours a week. No, I'm not exaggerating even a little and I Don't Lie!! The reason I feel this is important is I put more mileage and internal ware and tear (not misuse or abuse) on my TVS then probably the majority of common people, this set at this pertictular time (no new games until june) I have only briefly played about 15 hours of games, about approximately 12 - 13 hours of 4K UHD movies, and about an hour or so with the ambient mode, all of which have left me impressed. For instance, bought a pair of Bluetooth headphones to connect to TV for both gaming and movies, synchronized them and how cool that my tv volume raises and lowers the volume on my headphones, the picture is superior to my 60" Sony bravia from 2017, clearer, sharper, more choices when HDR (high dynamic range) is activated to select from. Auto game mode which really seems to elevate the clarity and differences between the lights and darks in subtle natural ways even noticeable on my PS4 PRO Dynamic Dashboard Theme. I was watching the war movie 1917, I watched it first on my 60" Sony then on my 65" Samsung there is definitely a difference from clarity to some kind of weird Sheen that showed on my Sony during a brief part outside on nearby rock structure, just never was present on my Samsung, so far I'm very happy with this TV, it has a very small remote with very few buttons on it so I'm having to learn some new features and inputs, but would highly recommend this Beautiful TV...
