Great quality for price.

Having a native refresh rate of 120 makes a big difference. Too many 4K TVs advertising 120 refresh rate when they are running at a native 60 Hz. I would spend the extra bit of money on the upgrade. The only downside is the smart tv apps don’t work great with the internet connection. Streamed shows on Hulu live or sling are often grainy through the smart hub but if I switch to the Roku, the picture is great.

Great service from the Geek Squad!

We were thrilled with our Best Buy purchases and installation but then the sound bar quit working after one week. We contacted Best Buy and they sent the Geek Squad back to do some troubeshooting and walla, it works great now. It had something to do with the opitcal and hdmi cables. Anyway, the Geek Squad is awesome, so knowledgeable and friendly.

Not sure if it was TV or Sony blue ray player. No issue with anything else. Universal remote is Awesome! It runs everything
