Due to the COVID19, I was not able to purchase this in the store. I relied on the online reviews and advise of the manager of the television department. I also purchased a sound bar and a Blue Ray. The Geek Squad delivered and set up this tv, sound bar and Blue Ray last month (May, 2020). Shortly after, 2 problems: there was an annoying audio pop up window asking me “what did you say?” or “I didn’t hear that” the other problem was when I powered off the tv, it would turn on within a few minutes. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad and before the tech arrived, he called and said that he could resolve the issues over the phone. I followed his instructions and thought that both issues were resolved. The audio issue was resolved, however, the tv issue was not. I scheduled another appointment for the Geek Squad for next week and hope that they are able to fix this. Other than these issues, the picture is outstanding and the features are great.

I was skeptical at first, that going with this TV would be better than trying to spend a little less money on another TV. BUT....I was soooooo wrong. We shopped, and shopped, and shopped some more! There was only 1 other TV that would have been better, for an additional $2000 and.... this TV really is great! Great quality picture, very distinct colors, and so amazing with dark colors. It's very responsive and has had only a few little things that could be annoying but have not been so far. One being that it will very rarely, randomly switch back to Samsung TV when we are in an app, and the other being that the volume does not work with the remote, because we have an LG soundbar. We've tried and tried to make it compatible but haven't found a solution yet. But alas we have a soundbar remote and it's not a burden to use separately, for us. Although I was hesitant to spend so much for a 65 inch TV.... I wouldn't have went with any other brand, or even another Samsung because the color and clarity is just so fantastic!

Love this television. Great picture quality and a real step up from my old one. The color and clarity is extraordinary. Smart apps are so easy to use. Very user friendly.

Wow, what a picture. Set up is straight forward. Controls for smart TV are clear and concise. With the UHD it took a while to get used to the new picture compared to my old TV.

What a fantastic television! User friendly! I cannot get over the colors that pop right out of the screen. I was watching one of my favorite Lifetime Movie Network films and I couldn’t believe the detail as one of my favorite actresses was pushed down the stairs by her lovers girlfriend. It was such an amazing experience. I literally fell off the sofa in shock. It’s like I was right there. Omg! Thank you Samsung!!

This tv pictures will blow your mind. Crisp and clear colors coupled with ease of set-up and use. This picture and pricing can't be beat.

Getting this TV was a little guilty pleasure. I truly enjoy the 4K possibilities. There are some fantastic videos available and this TV will take your breath away. The setup was simple. Many options are customizable. Picture quality is amazing. If something is worth watching, it should be watched on this Samsung Q60. I honestly don't think my eyes can tell the difference between this model and the higher priced models, unless they are side by side. This TV also recognized and integrated with my Sonos system for sound, pretty much on it's own. I am happy with my choice!

Nice picture, easy to use, smart tv. 65” has some weight to it and need two people for wall mounting. Overall I’m happy with the performance. Dislikes - plastic backing on the flat screen, fills cheep. Remote control could be better with more button features.

My husband and I went to Best Buy to buy a 65" Samsung that was on sale for $495.00. The sales guy showed us what our options were with other TV's on the floor including newer models that were on sale. After looking at the difference in the quality of the color and other features we decided to go with the latter TV and at an higher price. We got it home, installed it and was watching TV a little while later. Needless to say, the color was vivid and bright just like in the store and pretty easy to navigate the set up. We are very pleased!

What can I say, decided to pull the trigger and get the Q series from Samsung. The room I have it in is a little bright and the sales associate had told me that this would be the perfect tv for my living room. I was replacing out a very basic 1080p tv and OMG! I could tell a HUGE difference between FHD and 4K immediately. Even with a few of the over the air channels it looked so much better. THe color seemed to be much more clear and the color palate of the content seemed to be more wide. I would def recommend this and if you considering a tv, go SAMSUNG!!

We upgraded from a 10 yr old Samsung 40" television to this 65". The delivery and installation by the Geek Squad was awesome. They were friendly, very careful with the TV as well as our new home and furniture. They set everything up and explained the use of the TV and remote as well as the new blue ray player we purchased and they installed. The picture quality is great and ease of use is much better than we expected. Love the features it has and we are still learning them. I'd certainly recommend this smart Samsung QLED TV.

Picture is stunning. Colors are bright and vivid. It was easy to set up. I have always liked Samsung and dont think I will buy another brand.

My first smart TV and it comes with so many cool features! Easy installment and lots of HDMI ports compared to the other brands. Was recommended this over the 800 series. Great picture and sound. Also links up to our south Asian channel box. And can be controlled with my phone using the Samsung app. We had to get a bigger table since the legs are on the sides unlike our 50" Sony from years back that had the stand in the middle. But everything out together looks very classy

We love this television. Has all the smart features and 4K. Super easy to program and use. Love the quality. worth the price!

This TV was easy to install and mount to the wall with the Brackets (sold separately). Make sure to download the SmartThings App to control all of your Samsung products and keep them updated. Works perfectly with Bose Soundbars for surround sound systems in case you want a home theater. Visual quality is beautiful and the TV sound itself is good. In total we own (4) 55” Samsung TV’s and (2) 65” Samsung TV’s. We Love Samsung! Thank you Best Buy for your recommendations!

I bought this TV for my living room. We were replacing our 40" Samsung TV we bought 6 years ago that we sold to my son. The new QLED has amazing clarity, brightness, and color. We first set it up on a stand, but last week we purchased a wall-mount and now we have it nicely placed where we can see it anywhere in the room. I bought this 65" QLED when it was on sale for $500 less than normally priced (was $1,299 got it for $799) so I'm thrilled by my choice.

Great picture, color and size. Easy to use the smart functions. Would recommend it for anyone who needs a tv.
