I like the narrow black edging around the tv. I wanted the Q 70 tv but didnt have it in stock which is a little better.

Ordering online was seamless and efficient. Pricing was competitive, as always. Information regarding order and appointment details were provided, as were options to edit delivery dates. Delivery was provided on committed date. Delivery personnel were friendly, yet professional, and understanding. Second time I had the exact same guys deliver to my home. Product packaging was in excellent condition with no damages or tampered seals. Samsung Television This is my fourth Samsung television and my 8th Samsung product. The television has 5 vertical ripples or creases running the entire length of the Screen. The top right corner has a rippled/wavy crease on the screen. The plastic housing or bezel has indentations/ creases throughout. Backlight bleeding is not uniform and splotched throughout. I am a true Samsung fan, which is why I have turned a blind eye to all my Samsung products with defects; but my new QLED has unacceptable quality issues and it really bothers me. I'm stressed and sad about what should otherwise be an exciting and joyful purchase. Since I didn’t want to experience the hassles of returning, I am keeping it. It's sad to know that I have to use this tv everyday, and pay for it knowing it's defective. Thanks BestBuy! I’m disappointed Samsung.

A little pricey, but worth it for high glare areas

This Samsung is crystal clear and very bright, good colors and darks.
