We mounted this in our family room and everyone loves it. The colors are vivid, the sound is better then most TV's, and the smart apps and navigation are easy to use. In particular the microphone feature in YouTube is a wonderful feature. Also, we use one of the USB ports in the back to easily look at family photos and videos stored on a USB key. We like the ambient mode and often will put on one of the beautiful pictures you can download when you want to see something other then a giant black rectangle on the wall. We are not videophiles so the picture quality and motion are plenty good for us. For general family room use this TV is excellent. I would not build a home theater setup around it though.

I purchased this TV in August of 2020 and have been extremely impressed with the vivid pictures this thing produces! Sports are very clear and fast. There is no lagging or shuttering. The picture is crystal clear and the colors are deep and vibrant. When I have guest over, they always compliment the picture quality. For the price, you cant get much better!

Purchased this 65" Samsung LED TV in October 2019 and installed it within 3 days. Really great picture and overall product quality, including the integrated smart TV apps and features. Because so many apps were included (including Apple TV), I did not need to separately purchase other items. Also, the integration with the Samsung sound bar is outstanding. I purchased the sound bar at the same time and it connected quickly and easily and sounds great.

After I had purchased an LG that failed. I went back to the TV research task again. The short period of time that my LG actually worked, I thought the picture quality was very mediocre. Went back to best buy a talked with the folks about the Qled and Oled TVs. The backlight screens really seem to have better contrast and picture quality. The Q60 is on the low end of the Q series, but still much better then edgelit LEDs. No doubt they are pricy. I was looking at $799.99 as the rock bottom price. Not bad since you could get interest free for 2 years. Then I saw an "Open Box" model rated in "good condition" for $479.99. My heart stopped a beat I could not believe that was true, they claimed no missing parts and average wear. Usually I just see BB mark done open box TVs about 50 bucks, which hardly seems worth it. This was over $300.00 cheaper. This was during the covid-19 lock down, so I could not even inspect it first. I bought it online and did curb side pickup. The TV was in a box that was a little managed. Gave the guy $5 bucks for help me load it in my SUV. Took it home and BOOM it was working great! Great remote control, connected to my WiFi with no problems and was streaming hulu in no time. The TV has been on constantly for 3 weeks, no problems at all. Superior picture quality, very pleased with. I did not purchase the geek squard warranty even though that would be just 69 bucks for 2 years. I feel I have bought so many warranties, that I have new used. The one time I tried to use my geek squad warranty on an apple computer is was denied.

It started out fine, was a nice tv in the beginning but we soon suffered from laggy interfaces, randomly changing inputs and then after just 4 years, the backlights failed leaving us with half a screen. It’s in the trash now.

Great picture and didn't break the bank. Many smart features and easy to use.

I bought this TV in December 2019 and so far I really like it , good picture and it’s good for gaming, In my opinion when it comes to watching Ultra HD movies it’s not as good as the more expensive QLEDs or OLED TVs but still a good TV

After months of research comparing several brands, I decided to purchase the Samsung 65" Q60 Series TV. My decision was based on features, picture quality and price. Overall, the Samsung 65" Q60 TV offered the best feature set, picture quality and price. The vibrant colors are sharp and not overly saturated and the setup was very simple. If you're looking for a great TV at a great price with little compromise, take a look at the Samsung Q60 series.

I haven't had a new TV in quite some time but have always had Samsung. This is the best TV you can get in the 65" QLED range for the price and the QLED is amazing. The 4K UHD is beyond clear and the colors are mesmerizing. I will admit that I was not convinced right away as I thought the screen might be too large and the colors too bright. Moved the TV back 6" and for whatever reason it made the difference. Super happy with my purchase.

I am an avid TV user. Whether I’m playing video games or watching movies, I’m usually always around a TV. I was still using my 40” insignia from about mid 2014 for my room. I decided to go full upgrade and talked to some close family members that said QLED is the best thing out there and oh my it is. The picture quality is out of this world and for the price it’s a steal. I’d recommend this TV for anybody.

My dad just bought this tv on a whim when he saw that it was on sale. It has has such a beautiful picture and great sound. The user interface is my favorite because you can access Netflix/Hulu and all your other apps using only one remote. It works seamlessly with Xfinity and easily connected to his sound bar. Unboxing and hooking it up was very easy and it has a low profile so you don’t need a huge stand for it.

I was skeptical about this tv before getting it home based on the mixed reviews. Maybe I don’t know quality tv, but this is the nicest tv I’ve owned. I don’t have anything bad to say about the tv. If I were forced to criticize something, it would be the remote. It’s very sensitive and turning up volume or changing the channel using the designated buttons can be kind of irritating. Great tv!

Needed a newer, bigger TV for new house combo of kitchen, dining and living room. Wanted something I could watch TV from the kitchen counter/prep area without having to squint. Figured the minimum needed would be about 65". Also, since it would be for my spouse's primary viewing, needed something easy to operate without too many of the 'overkill' items. Solid picture right out of the box and might look to tweak some settings once everything else gets settled. Sound is adequate for most TV viewing but might look into a sound bar for movies, music concerts, etc. Geek Squad delivered with no issues at all.

This TV is the best one I have owned. I love Samsung products. They went with a very minimalistic remote with this new gen of television. I kind of wish it still came with the remote I got with my last Samsung set. But beautiful colors and it learns your devices that are plugged in. It’s easy to rearrange the apps and connected devices so when you hit home you can navigate to your favorites easily.

We weren’t really in the market for a new set, until our 10 year old showed us the set downstairs was broke. So, online shopping we go. For the price and Samsung quality, we couldn’t pass it up. Got it home, mounted to the wall, what a picture. We don’t have the ability to take full advantage of 4K yet due to my older Onkyo receiver. Still has great HD picture and tons of smart options

Best TV I’ve ever had next to my Q70R as well. The quality dropped with the next generations of QLED’s honestly.
