Bought this TV a month ago. This tv is really amazing with one of the best picture quality, colour combination and sound quality at a reasonable price. The body is slim and sleek and looks great wherever you place it, be it living room or the bedroom. The remote is solar powered and is also pretty light.

This tv is good, it’s a smart tv that has a lot of apps and options, however, keep in mind that this tv is the “entry level” version of the series and does not support 120/240 hz, but game mode is available. HDR is available too. The picture quality is very good and the unit seems reliable but occasionally the Samsung soundbar we have will turn itself off or disconnect, which is very strange. We changed the cable connecting the tv and soundbar, and it still happens, just not as often. Overall I recommend this tv, but keep in mind it’s entry level and is lacking quite a few features. I love how the remote control has a solar panel so you never need to buy batteries! Samsung tv plus is FREE with the tv as well, and that is an awesome feature! Please note that the sound quality from the tv speakers is very poor - please consider buying a soundbar or av receiver/stereo system to use otherwise you won’t be able to hear much. I use an older soundbar, Samsung Q80R, and it doesn’t work well. I’d go for a more recent model if I were you.

We purchased this TV to replace a Vizio. What a difference, right out of the box! We had recently ditched cable and were using an OTA antenna for our programs. When we got the TV up and running, what a surprise to find that the TV not only updated the channels on its own, it also provided us with a TV guide for all of our local channels! There's an added section for Samsung channels that includes music channels plus more for a variety of tastes. Adding apps is easy as well, and we have access to Prime, Netflix, Hulu, and so much more. Colors are great, as is the ease of use. Sound is fine, though we opted to purchase a sound bar after all to use while watching movies. We're extremely happy with this TV; should have changed it out sooner.

The recommendation from our salesperson was excellent! This tv has a very sharp, vibrant picture. Easy to set up and operate. The price was great too. We even compared the cost of the tv at Sam's club and Best Buy was $50 cheaper! But really, it was the expert advice and honest opinions from our salesperson that clinched the deal. Honesty goes a long way, and we appreciated the man's knowledge, the fact that he didn't push anything on us we didn't need or want made us feel confident in our purchase. Thanks Best Buy!

Very satisfied.the picture is of good high quality and smooth on the eyes. Sound is of perfection. This tv is easy to setup. The best buy sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. They also helped me load my tv into my vehicle. They also recommend to me a tv wall mount which I did purchase and does an excellent job. This was also very easy too install.

Easy to set up and move with the remote. Most popular steaming services are buttons on the remote. Picture is sharp, much better than I had expected for the price.

This Samsung Smart TV is very excellent and the perfect size for what I chose and bought in the store, it has many features like many TV apps, best photos, gaming options and more and it also works perfectly with my Galaxy 22 Ultra phone and Samsung tablet. This TV it has a really good remote control and is perfect in hand size and you don't need to change batteries.

I ordered a 65 inch Samsung TV and the process was extremely easy and simple. The employee who helped me put the tv in my car was also very helpful and nice. He actually advised me that it wouldn’t fit in my car and even said we could try if I like since I’m here, but I told him he’s the expert and I trust him if he says so. So I went home and got a bigger car. He told me to come to the back of the store next time to make it easier. He was very helpful. Overall a great and honest experience. Oh and the tv is amazing. Got it for the Super-bowl. Thank you, Best Buy!

Wow! This TV was a long overdue treat for me. I have an open concept living space with TONS of natural light. The picture quality under all conditions is so beautiful. Color, definition, and sound are all top quality for sure. I can't wait to watch sports. Right now I am on a movie binge. Makae sure you have studs where you want the TV to hang....or treat yourself to a new TV stand. Go Bills!

Absolutely love this tv. The audio and the picture is beyond breathtaking. Treated myself for my birthday. 10/10 recommend I wish I would’ve bought bigger, but the size I have right now is perfect. Have never had problems with it yet. There are so many features I am obsessed. By far my favorite tv I have ever owned.

Unbelievable picture on this tv Sharp colors backs and no glare!

I have previously bought the last model and get worker great. Unfortunately i broke that model when I moved. Bought this model and its amazing. I didnt know i needed this uograde but I’m glad I did. Made set up for my game systems streaming profiles super easy plus now i have so many different options to add to my game play. 10/10 would recommend

It is a better upgrade from my 2013 Samsung TV. It is a good performance TV. I would recommend this product. The picture is sharp colorful, and I could also say, it is user-friendly in operation, switching between streaming channels, cable, or using the fire-stick to operate and view all your apps and programing. Now for sound quality just buy a sound bar. I approve this product.
