it’s a great working tv, the connection doesn’t drop and the graphics are high quality. uses alexa and google home features as well which is pretty cool since I use alexa for all my lights and devices. easy to set up & log into all accounts!

The television is fine. BUT the installation cost $625! Almost as much as the TV. They changed so many of their installation procedures. I used to think Best Buy was the best so sad to be disappointed.

I absolutely love this tv. The colors are bright and the dark colors are dark paired with the philips hue gradient lighting has made my home entertainment experience that much more enjoyable.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q60C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode ...and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

I've used Sony all my life. I got a good deal on a Samsung 65' and i got it. Setting up was the easiest Thing I've ever done. My phone is a Samsung and it help set up everything (apps, internet, control remote). I watch a lot of sports (Hockey, Football, Futbol, Basketball) the images are Really Good Not Great. Sound is Good Not Great. My sony had better Picture processing and Better sound. For the price, this is the tv you want. I have a Sony in my Master BedRoom. When that one needs replacing i will take my Samsung from my Living Room and put it in there and go back to A Sony. Even if i have to pay a LiL More. My parents have an LG and that one has pretty good Sports Images as well.

I’ve had this TV for a little over a year now. It’s been a great TV, very bright excellent picture quality. The only thing is with the latest software update. The interface has become a little bit laggy which I would expect to happen eventually but not with the TV that’s only two years old.

This QLED TV is awesome! Picture colors and sharpness along with adjustable brightness A+. Home Screen is user friendly along with the remote which is solar powered or rechargeable thru USB, No batteries to worry about.
Can’t say enough good things about this except wished our room was bigger to get a larger screen

We are enjoying our new tv and have been impressed with the features and image quality. The remote is a slim design but navigates the smart tv and our subscription services easily. The smart app in the tv has been easy to use. Samsung also includes free channels and features which have been enjoyable. We would recommend this tv.
