I am not disappointed at all. Love this tv, so easy to use and the picture is great! I find the sound fine as some others complain about.

I will probably add a sound bar in the near future. Price was good. Geek Squad set up was exceptional and very helpful in explaining everything.

So i got this one it took quite a bit to get it set up. Nice picture just make sure you have it on your cable box button and not your tv button if not the picture sucks.

A great upgrade over our 55inch TCL that we had for 5+ years. Clear pictures and great brightness. The only dislike is blacks are not as black as I'd like. That is to be expected with a backlit panel. It's not OLED but it is pretty great!

I would definitely recommend and external speaker, like a sound bar, otherwise the sound is tinny. I don't particularly like the new remote -- why does it have to be different than the previous generation? My biggest problem is how difficult and non-intuitive the set up is (both the TV and the operation of the remote) and of course try finding a user guide that is actually helpful. I am reasonably good with software, computer set up, etc. but this TV is just baffling. Hey Samsung (and other consumer electronics firms), trying making usage more intuitive and please continue with real user guides, not a 4 page "Initial Set Up" or an eManual on the TV which is non-searchable!
