Not worth the money

This new model (which I wanted an even exchange so that no additional money would be due) Q60T is horrible. I have a dual band modem with a couple of extenders. All other TVs in the house (including 2 other Samsungs) are set on a band (2.4 ghz or 5.0 ghz) & remain, no problem. The Q60T needs to change bands depending on the input source. Sometimes it works on 2.4 for Xfinity stream, sometimes 5.0. When it wants to change bands it will not load the app. Very frustrating to want to flip from local to cable to Netflix & have to go to settings & change the network every time. The picture is not as sharp as the previous model. It is smaller in diameter so has to stay mounted on the wall until I can get someone to retile the area behind it so the holes won't be visible when moved from wall to console. Otherwise the holes from the mounting can be seen above the TV. All in all I guess I should have spent the extra money to have a better experience.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV. I am very sorry you are experiencing WiFi connection issues. A new firmware update has recently been released which may help improve your connection. (1460.9 released on 12/7/20)
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.
You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
Additionally, there are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
