Operating normally after initial troubleshooting

Out of the box, the initial setup of this TV was confusing as it would connect to the network, but kept timing out when trying to load the terms and conditions. We couldn't do much of anything without accepting the terms, so I eventually factory reset the device (not thinking that would do anything being brand new) and it fixed the issue. The TV is up and running just fine now and the display looks great.

Sound could be better but I don’t have it connected to a sound system. I’m just using the sound from the TV. Overall I am happy with it.
