Apps are sluggish despite very fast internet speed - at this price point The tv should have 120hz - The q70 was a bit outside of my budget or I’d have returned this. All things considered I’m satisfied but slightly underwhelmed with my purchase. Geek Squad service/mounting was amazing and I will use them in the future.

I am sorry that you find the Ambient mode function limited and the apps sluggish.

We recommand you to try Device Care option for optimal Smart TV performance.
Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
You should see an improvement of apps processing, as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.

It takes a while to learn all that it can do. Highly recommend getting this if possible but be careful where you buy it from. My local store manager and a couple of their employees were horrible. Not willing to help a customer and refused to take nay responsibility. The delivery people dropped my expensive TV. If it wasn't for the great person I finally got a hold of...sad that a person who wants just decent service has to go through so much trouble.
