The level of familiarity with the products outlined above by the associates at the store has been mixed - some very familiar and some very new employees. I believe it would be helpful for Best Buy to have in-store trainers with new employees so they are able to understand the vast amount of information that they need to be prepared to discuss with customers. The installation process in our home by Geek Squad has been outstanding. These team members truly are a valuable asset to your organization.
