Volume Not Functioning Properly

Which is very important to me. It does not get louder but the numbers do increase. The volume on my 15 year old Samsung does does get louder as the numbers increase. Plan to cal for tech support. I have not found the menu or manual to be very helpful either. I do watch an YouTube video that gave step by step suggestions on how troubleshoot volume. 4 star rating based on previous experience with brand.

We looked on your website at the TV then went to the store meet with a salesman, he took very good care of us. The whole operation took less than 45 minutes from the time we entered the store till your personal loaded the TV in our car.

Great TV for the cost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Swapped The Sony - 65" Class X750H Series LED 4K UHD for this. Huge difference as far as clarity. Texture, clean edges. Recommend upgrading your HDMI, I spent the $109 for the 8k-10k 2.23 HDMI for the new Xbox and the graphics are just amazing. I suggest buying 2 upgraded cables if your using a roku or amazon fire stick. As always hardwire your TV with an Ethernet cable. Direct connect. All the streaming apps look amazing. Very happy with this TV.

We agreed on his recomendation and had the Geeks come out and install it as well. Great decision! The Gulfport store's general manager followed up with a call to make sure we were satisfied, too. Hat's off to Best Buy!

Great customer service

I use a streaming service and have not had any issues. The remote is easy to use. I paid to have it installed and my first reaction was this is too expensive. After the great customer service with the installation, I’m glad I paid the fee.
