Waited weeks to have the Geek Squad install it. They wired it wrong. Once shut off, the next day no service. Had to have Spectrum Cable come to get picture on because had to wait 2 weeks for appt for GS to come back and fix their mistake. No customer service!!!

That may be just due to the type of screen it is and I should have done more research regarding what screens are best for bright rooms. Othe than that, it's been a wonderful television.

The picture is just ...ok. The apps, WiFi, and bluetooth all were a 5 star features but the TV was not with the price for a picture quality the is the same as a 7 series. I returned the TV and purchases a 7 series that was a 75” Sparks way more joy watching.
