I thought I did my research, but it wasn’t thorough enough. I expected a better quality TV for the upgrade in price from the UHD model. Also, we had to YouTube how to customize the settings.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not completely happy with your TV’s picture. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

I took it back to the Okemos Best Buy and the staff was great. I exchanged the tv for the same model they asked a couple verification questions and brought out the same model tv and loaded in my car. Very east return and exchange.

This one replaces mine, so that I could pass my older HP Envy on to my husband, whose ASUS finally died. I spent the day transferring all my data to my new laptop and getting us both set up again. Life is back to normal!

But my other Samsung tv does the same thing so it must be the app not the tv. Besides that it's great!

The only thing I can possibly mention as far as poor quality is the remote. My boyfriend is anything but easy on items, but after only a few months has started creaking when pushing buttons. Still works fine, but you'd expect a better quality.

Even though the line for curbside was long the wait was minimual. Item was exactly what we wanted and the curbside team was awsome. Thank you Best Buy!
