I like this TV but here is the rub. I bought TV's at the same time. An LG 65" Smart 4K UHD TV's for $499, The 65" Samsung Q60Tat $949. I am not sure the Samsung is worth $450 more. The QLED feature does not improve picture to a point that I can notice. It does provide a speech interface and the LG does not.

So far so good. Is a replacement for another that died in first 2 weeks. Bad luck i suppose. But normal quality and performance with this. Sad they reduced motion rate on the newer models though.

I received a great product along with great service and a great warranty.that was my main reason for purchase because of the warranty.also i had a great salesman who could answer all my questions.

Our Sales person was very knowledgeable. He questioned us about what we were looking for in a TV. He explained thoroughly about the differences in Each model. We are very pleased with our purchase.

This is a great tv the images are sharp. The speakers aren’t very loud I have a sonos beam that I use with it. What I absolutely love is the amount of apps available I really don’t need to use my Apple TV thanks to this. Maybe an additional hdmi would have made this tv perfect.

Great quality picture and sound. However I have a problem when streaming shows via the Tizen browser. I've looked for help to no avail. It's got worse a few weeks ago when an update was issued.

Customer service was outstanding! Salesman was very knowledgeable about TVs and answered all of our questions while at the store! ***** TV looks great and has awesome picture and sound quality!

Not too sure if quality between 55” and 65” is worth difference of price. But installation done by Chris was worth the difference in price. Chris was MOST PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE

I love my new TV, it's nice having the alexa integration for music, and the 4K streaming is amazing. Although, xfinity doesn't offer 4K channels, most of what I watch has to be streamed.

Great purchase the TV is everything we expected. I was able to go in the store look it over, and make the purchase quickly. Home set up was fast and easy without any trouble at all

Love the picture but the RCA ports and the Optical Sound port don't work with older equipment. I have an excellent Pioneer amplifier and speakers that I have used with other TV's, 70" Sharp - 43" Toshiba, but Samsung doesn't.

Screen is great quality, and I bought the TV on sale with a reward, so the value was unbeatable. Definitely pick up a soundbar with it though, the speakers are a little treble-heavy.

Almost one year with this tv and still going strong. I’ve purchased Samsung tv’s the past couple of years and I won’t change manufacturers. Each product is exceptional.

Squeals in delight...oh that was my husband that squealed like a school girl. I just sat back and sipped my coffee like a mom does on Xmas Day. Thank you for rescuing Xmas.

The men that came to install our tv and subsequent follow up were wonderful to work with. They were friendly and adhered to the current safety guidelines during the Covid-19 outbreak

Best Buy salesperson did a great job qualifying what product would fit our needs and this recommendation is a perfect fit. Now wish I was smart enough to learn how to use it!

Sales Personnel were very Professional and knowledgeable. They explained my options and led me to what I believe to be the best out come. I walked away very pleased.

Nice television. Setup is a bit complicated. WiFi has been dicey. Never had problems with previous television or other devices in my home, so I know it is the television and not my internet. I depend on the WiFi for streaming, so this is a real problem.
