    Our last Samsung TV lasted over 10 years, so when it died just before Christmas, I went shopping for another one. We are very pleased with this new television.

    Relatively lightweight, great screen quality, and fairly priced. Pretty all around good tv if you ask me. Syncs most things from my s10e very smoothly.

    Great Tv but disappointed in not being able to find the 70 series which is better. I needed a tv fast and Samsung is all I like as far as brand . The lightning could be better but great buy if it was a bit cheaper.

    The installers did an excellent job, they explained how everything worked and were informative and helpful in all areas. They observed COVID-19 protocol at all times.

    A great purchase if the sole purpose is to watch and stream! Gaming is good as well I complaints yet but Q70 and above supports gaming in a much better way.

    TV continues to lose Spectrum. We need to reset everything and then it works. Have had Geek Squad over to repair as well as talked to a tech. If problem continues will be returning TV.

      Thank you for purchasing Samsung’s Q60T TV and for sharing your experience with connecting to your cable service. Most cable and satellite boxes today can be connected with HDMI. If your cable box has component connections, the first thing you may want to do is contact your cable company and see if there is an upgraded box available. If not, you can still get up to a 1080p (Full HD) picture with component connections, but for many TVs you will need a component to HDMI adapter if the TV does not support component out of the box.

      1) Make sure the TV and cable or satellite box are turned off.
      2) Connect an HDMI cable to your cable or satellite box’s HDMI out port, which should be located on the back.
      3) Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to any of the empty HDMI ports on your Samsung TV.

      If nothing happens, you need to either press Source on your remote, or navigate to source using the on screen menu to change to the HDMI port that you connected your cable or satellite box to.

      You may also want to try using the Spectrum TV app which does not require a cable box – available to download from the App Store.

    Average TV, No Mounting Bolts

    No big reason for the minus-2 stars, I just think it's an average TV. If I were more petty, I would give it a 1-star for purposely not including mounting hardware-- specifically there were no bolts to throw this up on my 10-year-old entertainment center TV stand. This is the first flatscreen I've ever bought that purposely excluded mounting bolts. I'm the kind of guy that saves every bolt and screw for the last 20 years and still didn't have 4 bolts that fit this TV. I had to go to Home Depot with the one bolt I had that did fit and buy several more. Only then could I mount it, set it up and realize I'd rather pay more for an OLED. Returned next day.

    Picture and sound is great but the internet has a problem connecting. Geek squad believes the problem is with internal parts. Parts ordered waiting to to have them installed.

    This was supposed to have a great picture but the screen was cracked. I guess it is fragile. Replaced it with a TCL 8 65" TV which is way better and more solidly built

    The TV is great but the remote that came with the TV is too small. I had to buy a universal remote with buttons big enough for my fingers.

    Resolution is great, where the differences in the higher series like Q70/80 may be less apparent given the typical background lighting in my house.

    This is a great TV, The only dowside is if you are trying to use it for next-gen gaming... There are no HDMI 2.1 Ports on this unit. Outside of that, it is great for causual watching and streaming 4k content.
