    Really great tv ....unfortunately doesn't have hdmi 2.1 so no new game systems will be optimal on this tv upgrade to the Q70t forthat

    When I turn on the TV it won’t respond to my remote requests to go to the channel that I select. Three dots appear going back and forth like it’s trying to get to the channel then it just stops and the TV goes dark. I have to go to others channel’s several times until I receive a message that says “something is not right let’s try that again.” Then when I hit okay to try again the channel finally comes on. Only then can I change the channel to the one I actually want to watch. It takes multiple steps just to get to one channel. Terrible situation I really want to return and replace this TV because I am not going through this for the next ten years.

      Bill,

      I am sorry that your Q60T TV remote has not been responsive.
      Please check if your TV is running the latest firmware.
      Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
      You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
      Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update.

    We're enjoying the new TV. It is especially easy to access Netflix and Amazon Prime and it is nice to also be able access the internet.
