Not the TV I went to Best Buy to buy…it’s the one I couldn’t stop watching next to the one I thought I wanted…

Good tv for the most part. Good picture. Over a year and a half of daily use a pixel went dead at the bottom of the screen so theres a discolored line. Living room tv also had same issue and was 2 years older. Warranty replace tv and have not had issue since. Also my polk sound bar sometimes has trouble staying connected to the tv. Probably sound bar issue tho. If i was to buy another tv, i would probably go with a LG oled

One of the best TV’s I’ve ever owned. What made it sweeter is that this was a warrant replacement for an older model. The old TV started showing dark vertical and horizontal lines with about five “dead pixels” in the middle. After getting the necessary documentation, an email, I got a newer model of the same type of TV. The manager we were referred to was exceptionally good. She straightened out the situation and with my mother’s help. I was able to purchase a newer model paying only the difference between the two models. Actually there was a cheaper model between my old one and the one I end up owning but the cheaper model was sold out. As for the TV itself, it’s been great with no problems-so far. I hear that the OLED sets are better but they are very expensive. It’s hard to find one under $2000 in my preferred size. This TV is great in and of itself and priced so the middle class can afford one. QLED TV’s are supposed ro be better than their predecessors and this one did not disappoint. It up scales everything to 4K so you cannot tell the difference in picture between broadcast TV and the streaming services.

When I read someone’s review that they had been watching tv all wrong, they weren’t lying! I am in love with this tv. I enjoy the fact that when I turn them game console on it automatically changes the to that hdmi port and it changes the screen settings to game mode. The color is awesome along with the motion. Sound quality is great as well.

I replaced a Plasma TV with this Samsung. Plasma is known for clear picture but this Samsung beats it.

Our Samsung 65”QLED Smart TV is the best TV we have ever owned . A bright picture with outstanding definition. The solar remote works great and paired with the Samsung HV A-550 Sound Bar is a great combination. One quibble: Alexa would not pair with the setup, but Samsung’s Bixby is an adequate replacement. We are very pleased with this purchase.
