Bought this tv to replace a Samsung 8000 from 2015 . It’s a very notable difference in picture. Got a very good deal and received a 300 gift card witch I used to upgrade my soundbar system. Picture is stunning and the AI even makes old shows like cops and movies look good. So I’d recommend you just let the AI do it’s thing . It’s takes a bit to learn . The Tizen app system is fast and easy to use . Even if you don’t have cable or no app services you get about 100 channels from Samsung tv with 2 4K channels . It automatically goes into game mode and picks up whatever game system you have and runs the best settings. Only thing it lacks is Doby vision but all Samsung’s do and the picture is still stunning.

The first delivered TV was defective. Spoke with BB and they replaced it no problem. Great quality TV.

Beautiful screen quality, the size is perfect for our living room, the screen doesnt look warped from certain angels like a lot of tvs do. Also lovvvve that the remote is either solar powered or rechargeable so needing batteries is a thing of the past. Center stand is perfect and tv feels stable. Would 100% recommend.

A television with excellent quality and price, the image is very clear, it is controlled from my Samsung cell phone thanks to its compatibility, my games on xbox series x look good (If you want something better there are more options at slightly higher prices) but It is a good television to have in the room to watch series or movies.

I’m a long time owner and fan of Samsung TVs from small ones for the shelf in my study to our newest purchase, a 65 inch to fit over the mantle in our Living Room/Den. Samsung’s variety and options and value for money spent keeps me returning as a customer. Having Best Buy’s “TotalTech” package meant a timely, efficient and craftsman-like installation of the TV and a tutorial on operation.

Absolutely love this TV. Picture is amazing, setup was simple and took minutes, I could go on and on, but overall an excellent buy, I will be purchasing another smaller version of this model TV, my only issue is on the remote, it's fine as far as remotes go, I only wish it was illuminated. Overall it's an excellent TV.

I spent a little more for this TV b/c of the refresh rate and the quality is far above all the other TV’s we have
