Bestbuy sent me a new one 3 days later and the delivery guys were amazing! They helped me to put it in place because it was heavier than I thought, and they did the setup for me! Great experience! Tv is amazing, and I paired with a new home theater and I love it!

Excellent Bang for the Buck

As with most TVs this size, the sound volume is average. However, a sound bar addition is a big improvement for movies and sports. The auto add of the major apps is a positive. Remote is a little small but just a personal preference.

Looks and sounds excellent. The picture is soooo clear and concise. I do not know how I watched movies without this spectacular QLED. Biggest appreciation to BEST BUY Maurice for recommending it to me......

Samsung Top Of The Tree.

You can really tell the difference from our 11 year old Samsung 55 inch. Sound quality is excellent. We haven't had it long enough to compare it to other Samsung formats, but we have compared it to other brands. We definitely like Samsung best.
