Excellent TV. Very clear picture. Easy to set up and configure

The TV has amazing picture great sound an ethernet port, which I really appreciate in a smart TV, and the only flaw that I can tell is that sometimes without saying the wake words hey Bixby, the TV starts listening and won’t stop unless you hit the back button, but it just happens in random conversation without that particular word being said, that’s the only drawback I can find.

Great tv! Fantastic picture and mid range model is as good as high end. Clear and crisp picture with plenty of options to customize both casual viewing, and for gamers who like to adjust accordingly. UI is simple and organized, and I can find things easily. Only downside is like most modern tv’s, speakers on the backside of the unit, so a sound bar is essentially a must for good audio quality.

My in-store experience was excellent. The gentleman that helped me, (can't believe I forgot his name) was amazing and very helpful. This TV is a definite upgrade in picture quality for me. Sound is pretty good sans sound bar but I intend to add one to my set-up. I love the voice command features!!!

Great TV, totally awesome for gaming and watch tv. The only downfall is the screen just shut off one day and would not turn back on. The tv's red standby light just blinks and will not power on. Tried troubleshooting, power cycling, etc, etc, and still nothing when try to power on, just red blinking light. The manual suggest power supply issue. I also looked into having it repaired and the cost could cost upwards of 400 dollars. I paid close to $1,000, only 13 months ago. This happened exactly 30 days after the warranty was up from date of purchase. I do absolutely love this TV, however I also think it should come with at least a two year warranty.

Awesome picture quality, easy to set up, sound is ok

Best Buy team helped me pick out a tv for my father. They were attentive to his wants and even went above and beyond to find a larger size of the same tv on sale for cheaper. We have had the tv now for a few weeks and my dad is enjoying it every day staying up later than normal.

I bought it for my dad for this birthday back in February and it was a huge upgrade over what was in the living room, it was an old philips tv, the colors are nice and bright and the picture is super clear especially when watching soccer games and the sound is clear
