Item is great! Unfortunately it took me 2 TVs to have a good one. 1st one was a big crack on the back. 2nd one has the frame of tv not install properly. Both with defects from factory The 3rd one came just perfect.

I love the tv but am having trouble with the sound.

A TV for more than 1000 dollars comes with a manufacturer's defect, blue lines and flickering on the screen with video games. Just 2 months after purchasing it. The TV has a manufacturing defect. THERE IS NOT GUARANTEE. The new television will be opened for repair. I pay 1000 dollars and I have to waste time on repair, appointments and wait 3 to 5 days for the parts to be ordered. Isn't it easier for Samsung to return or replace the TV??? It's not my fault that they sell something with defects, especially since it is so expensive. It is better to buy a refurbished TV, it may be cheaper if the new ones are repaired and it is the same. I think warranty policies are not good for people who spend a lot of money on a defective and expensive product. There is no consumer protection. I do not recommend this TV. I will be paying for a TV repaired with defects. I called Samsung and customer services and the answer is that it will be repaired.

Tv tends to overheat. Some Netflix shows are cropped off, wished i could see the full screen like i wanted. Good tv but could be better for the price.

Backlight LEDs failed after not quite 2 years. Per Google, common problem with these models. Don’t know if was always a sign, but brightness was always an issue on dark scenes.

I bought this tv in July of 2023. After the 1 year manufacturers warranty expired (July 2024) I noticed discoloration on the right side of my tv and on Sept 2024 it completely died. I opted out of the bestbuy extended warranty thinking I could get at least 3-4 years use, especially from a brand like Samsung. I barely got 1 year.

Tv is good on video games , absolutely atrocious on movies and shows , bad pixelated images, bleeding images, mosaic. Returned this after 4 weeks

The first tv I got ended up with a bad panel so I needed to exchange it for another one. Hopefully this one will last. The picture is nice. I wish the blacks were darker but that’s the drawback of LED vs OLED. The colors and brightness pop. Gaming on this tv is pretty awesome. I was looking for something that had 120hz and games like Fortnite and Doom run blazing fast. There’s a cool feature that allows you to calibrate your screen with an app and it helped improve the picture quality. I did notice some pixelated spots when watching live tv but it might be due to the source material as BluRay and streaming 4K content looks amazing. The price for this size tv with 120hz is pretty good. I also paired this up with a QSeries soundbar and it works great with it.

Initially I bought a LG tv as the salesperson steered me in that direction. Not blaming him it was my choice. What a MISTAKE! It was very complicated to use, not a crisp picture, and the color seemed fake. After a few days of annoying use I returned it for a Samsung. I now own 3 Samsung TV's. The picture is clear and crisp and the color is so lifelike, and simple to use. I love all my Samsung TV's.

Great TV! It’s perfect for binging my favorite shows. It’s light and very thin so it doesn’t stick out far from the wall. I like that the controller charges by usb-c or solar, way better than dealing with batteries. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I bought this TV as a upgrade to my old 55' TV. With the bigger screen size and vibrant colors, was the best use of my money!

The picture quality is very good! it has all the connections you need including 4 HDMI ports and an optical audio out. I've seen people complain about the remote but I find it perfect. It's small with minimal buttons, but all the buttons you need. I have an LG TV and that remote has way too many buttons. The Tizen OS seems to be as good or better than the WebOS and it's just a good TV for the money.

Very pleased with this purchase. Beautiful picture, easy setup and streaming. Haven't tried gaming yet, but one reason for purchasing this model was the 120hz refresh rate.
