Great picture, 120 fps great for gaming. Easy to set up. 65 inch was a little awkward to pick up to put on TV stand by myself. Love it.

I bought this TV as a upgrade to my old 55' TV. With the bigger screen size and vibrant colors, was the best use of my money!

Five stars for the TV. Great picture. Easy set up. However, Best Buy was WAY under staffed. Especially during the Holiday season. I waited 45 minutes, hovering over the store rep. Making it obvious to him that I was waiting to be his next customer. Only after he was finished with them, did he say to me "are you in the Queu? I almost lost my mind! Luckily, he did take me next. There are no signs ANYWHERE in the store mentioning a Queu. And not one single worker or STORE PSA fore warns you of the rule.

We love the brilliant colors on our new TV. The performance is impeccable. Great sound and easy to navigate.

The picture quality is very good! it has all the connections you need including 4 HDMI ports and an optical audio out. I've seen people complain about the remote but I find it perfect. It's small with minimal buttons, but all the buttons you need. I have an LG TV and that remote has way too many buttons. The Tizen OS seems to be as good or better than the WebOS and it's just a good TV for the money.

Love this TV. After going through settings and setting to our liking, the picture is beautiful! Turns on fast, simple to use. The remote control is awesome, it can run the apple tv box as well. Its small, fits in hand nice, simple buttons. Sound quality is not the best, but we bought a Samsung sound bar to go with it anyway, and it sounds great! Way better than the last TV we bought which was under a year ago! Non brand name cheap TV's are not worth it!

Amazing QLED TV! This samsung TV is great for any media you need, especially gaming and movies, also works as a secondary monitor for working from home. The 4k resolution and dark levels are perfect and has a great refresh rate of 120 so the images are never laggy or blurry. chargable / solar remote is a plus to never have to deal with batteries. Smart TV side of things it has all the apps you need along with blutooth screen mirroring from any computer. cant recommend this enough!

Jumped up to this from a 55 when the backlight went out. That was the first Samsung product I've had fail. Samsung keeps making upgrades to the OS which is good but it's still sometimes a pain to navigate. Generally it boots pretty fast on startup but occasionally we get apps that freakout like Netflix randomly making the launch tone for no reason in the middle of a show. But the picture is awesome. Sound is adequate for watching day to day but ifyou really want good sound invest in a soundbar at the very least or a surround system. Also, I recommend getting a universal remote only because the remote they provide, while super slick, is so small it will spend more time between your couch cushions than in your hand.

Catching this TV on sale was a nice upgrade from my 55" Samsung QLED I purchased 4 years ago. The picture quality is great and adding your favorite apps to the TV is pretty easy to set up. The sound is the only minor issue because it seems i have to turn it up a little more than my 55" I still have but it is not worth downgrading from my 5 stars, It is a great TV for the price point.

I wanted to replace a 55” TV in the living room with a 65” and I wanted one that could play 4k @ 120hz with my Xbox X. Ive only owned 60hz televisions, so I wasnt sure how much better it would be, but boy does it make a difference. I am so glad i soent a few extra bucks for this upgraded tech. The image is outstanding for this price. The value is definitely there. I would highly recommend

I really (really) like Samsung Smart TV’s. I find them easy to set up, easy to use, the pictures are great. Unlike another brand that barely lasted two years the three previously purchased Samsung Smart TVs are still going strong. I highly recommend this brand of TV and will be purchasing another one (sun room, living room, two bedrooms).

We have enjoyed the size and reception on this tv. It hooked up easy to both Dish & our internet. The one thing we don’t like is that it comes with many common apps already onboard. This makes it slow to turn on & watch. Although, maybe we’re not as technically smart as we think and just need to read the instructions

Teriffic picture and color. Perfect size above my fireplace. The solar powered remote is simple and easy to use. News and other programs stream effortlessly. The included Samsung TV Plus provides great streaming intertainment; Sports, News, Movies, Audio and more. I highly recommend this TV.

so bright and clear that you need to let your eyes adjust. football is just stupid amazing to watch. I paired with a high end samsung dolby surround sound system and movies blow peoples minds.

I bought this to replace my old tv when it decided to do on us. Great picture, especially with the 120hz refresh rate. It also make games look amazing! Remote is tiny and took some getting used to.

This tv looks great, at first I was questionable about the stock stand it comes with but ended up being fine. If you want the most support for the tv with out risk of it falling or being knocked over I highly recommend mounting the tv
