I've researched this tv and i think the reviews have been spot on. So far so good! Set up was easy and the side view of this tv is still crisp. Sound is good even without surround sound on. My other Samsung TV I still have so hopefully this last a long time too.

We are very impressed with the sound that comes through our stereo system that the tv puts out. Deep picture and great colors.

The guys that delivered our TV and wall mount didn't know until they arrived that the installation portion had been cancelled. They handled the news with a smile, explained what our refund would be and when to expect it. It was re-imbursed to my credit card on the exact day and in the exact amount they said. Great, great customer service like this, especially in the field, is hard to find!

Works great! Colors are brighter and the sounds is much better compared to our our older version, which was our biggest complain.

Awesome TV I was gonna choose one with a lower price, but this one caught my eye. It was a great addition to my living room, loving movie nights.

Great picture.. sound quality is not that grand but with a decent soundbar I don’t mind.. easy to set up and control.

My rating is split between Best Buy and Samsung for service. TV has a great picture. The only problem is that the remote won't solar charge. Best Buy said I could return the tv and remote to fix a small problem. They then told me to call Samsung and I was told if that was the only problem with the remote they wouldn't replace it. Television was only 8 days old and no one would fix the bad remote. I was told to buy a USB-C cable to charge my remote and that would fix the problem. Charging cable is not supplied with television.

I purchased this tv because it as on sale and to upgrade from my 55 inch Samsung in my living room. Fits perfectly on my tv stand due to the center base. I am getting used to the settings mainly the HDR. It’s not an selected function and gets it from your devices with HDR. I’m glad I made this purchase.

Very happy with the tv and with the in store service. Your instore employees know their store, the products, and were very pleasant to work with. But I will NEVER buy again from Best Buy. Online and phone service was terrible-rude-and not the least helpful. Had to drive another 250 miles to exchange a shattered tv (looks like came from manufacturer that way). Limited supply and wanted one saved for us before the drive-can’t do it!!

Excellent quality. Perfect for the price. Im come from tlc tv and i was skeptical for Samsung and i give a try. This tv is perfect for what i looked.

To date I have been extremely satisfied with my 65" Samsung TV! The clarity and crisped picture is awesome. To say I'm pleased with my purchase is an understatement... I love it!

Love the size and color but I have a reading light that makes a red line across the top part of the screen.
