    It's decent for what it is. Not great at rendering fast images but not everybody needs or cares about that. My one major (to me) gripe is the Samsung operating system insists on defaulting to playing SamsungTV Plus content whenever TV is awoken/powered on. I worked with Samsung support on issue, but the problem persists. I get the feeling it's a "feature, not a bug". Fix your code, not everyone wants content (w/ commericals) playing automatically.

    Its a good step up from the Q60D, hopefully it will last longer than 18 months. I like Samsung Tvs however their longevity, reliabilty and customer service needs a lot of improvement.

    The geek squad members showed up early were very efficient and they did great work the remounted my t.v and sound bar and they were very perfessional would definitely use them again
