The picture on this tv is way better than our replaced Samsung. However, the sound quality has gone down. Thus forcing you to buy a sound bar. I have a 5:1 surround system, so wasnt too worried about that. This model DOES come with optical. We purchased a 75' prior to this but had tonreturn it be ause it did NOT have the optical option AND it literally sounded like the voices comong from a tin can. Shame on you Samsung, for changing 'levels' of ur tv's. While I will continue to buy Samsung, I now know I need to be a little bit more dubious with future Samsung product. If they change anymore 'norms', I may consider switching to another brand. My pocket book cannot keep up with the costs to 'upgrade' or for 'add ons'

This was a good tv for the price. Especially compared to the 2025 entry level qleds. I ended returning it during late 2024 to purchase the q80d because the q80d had local dimming and a good sale. Still q70d was a good performing tv.

We purchased this tv open-box in excellent condition, zero complaints. The picture quality is great with both steaming and gaming, though we had to adjust the brightness down by a lot because the screen is very bright. Sound quality is very good. The remote is solar charging which is very convenient as it removes the extra expense on batteries but it is a little sensitive - touch it just slightly sometimes and it’ll turn the tv off or open one of the apps. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Great deal on an amazing TV. Drive up pick up. It was loaded in the bed of my pickup and i was done. In and out under 10 minutes. Samsung makes it super easy to set up. I cant believe all the cool features. Thanks best buy!

Nice size for our room, picture and sound quality is good Only issue so far had been the remote control. Channels were inop with it, disappointed there for something only had it month or two

I went with a cheaper Hineses TV when my last Samsung died after 15 years.. Lol and it lasted just long enough for the warrenty ti end after 2 years... The picture on this one is fantastic and happy i went back ti Samsung!

Wow, this tv looks great! I don’t regret going up to 120Hz from 60Hz. The tv looks wonderful and the resolution is fantastic. Easy to install, though at 65”, you do need two people.

Pleased with the picture quality, ease of setup. The speaker is not the best quality and we choose to use a Bluetooth speaker in place of it. I'd recommend a sound bar or speaker.

This television gives a remarkable clearer picture with excellent sharpness. The settings afford me a wide variation of audio and video. Sometimes i have a had decision in determining which setting is best. The gaming accommodations is great and all the samsung apps and free television lineup tempts me to give up my cable subscription. I highly recommend this product.

Love the quality of this tv. I've always had a Samsung but the QLED just makes a huge difference in color and brightness. The clarity is unbelievable and so sharp.

Works great. Easy to use. The colors are amazing. The speakers are good, usually with other tv's i have purchased the sound quality was not good at all, this tv has a good sound quality. Really like hiw slim and lighter than usual tv, but still grat quality.

This TV has wonderful picture quality. It even makes older movies look like new movies. We were able to order glow in the dark remote covers that helps keep track of the remote.

Nice TV with very nice picture. Easy to navigate remote. I had them set the TV up for me since I had my last one hung on the wall and I couldn't hang a 65 inch by myself. They were great, hung the TV, set it up along with the new DVD player I bought. All I had to do was grab an iced tea and sit down and enjoy my 4K TV (my old one was 1080p) Happy with both the purchase and installation.

I have bought many TV's in the past of different brands but the user interface with Samsung is so much better. This TV has great picture and many helpful settings to make your entertainment devices linked to your TV work quality.

the picture quality is very good. and the refresh rate is amazing. no motion blur when watching the sports. menu is easy to access and simple setup process. highly recommend

Unfortunately, I had to get the first TV replaced; it quit after 4 1/2 days. I’ve had this TV for a week; so far it’s been great. Hopefully I won’t have an issue with it. Didn’t feel right giving it an excellent rating because of the issue with the first set.

Picture quality is awesome. Sound bar is good but not spectacular. The one thing I don't like is the remote. Is very hard to navigate. We ended up attaching a Directv box & use that remote. Much easier. Overall all i would recommend the tv. Maybe someone else has better luck with the remote.

Very pleased so far with this tv. The price was great. My son set it up and I find it a lot easier to operate all the options. I like all the features that I can get. As of right now there is nothing I dislike I use it my den

Great picture and relatively easy to set up. Unfortunately I am having issues getting my AVR and the TV to communicate, so that has been a source of frustration. However, I don’t know if the TV can be faulted for that.
