Picture is crisp and I love how the images look. Speakers are loud. It can be a bit overwhelmingly bright white at first but if you play with the settings, you can fix that. This is my first Smart TV so I can't comment on how many apps are available but I like the ones that are available.

Samsung produces such a great TV, unlike their refrigerators. Happy to be an owner of two more Samsung TV's. The gentleman I worked with at Best Buy knew about the different nuances of each class of Samsung TV and was able to direct me on the one that was best for me. He did a great job!

Very pleased with my purchase of new 65” Samsung smart 4K TV. Keenan the salesman and Rudy with the Geek Squad were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Used my Best Buy account and just paid off entire purchase & balance. Would shop by you again in the future!

Picture quality is excellent. The Tizen os is a bit cumbersome though. Doesn't turn on when I turn on my Xbox like my old Vizio tv did and I even have it connected using the gaming HDMI connection. The Sound is good but I can't seem to turn off the auto volume. Occasionally it gets really loud for no apparent reason.

I upgraded to this TV from a 50-inch, 720p, plasma TV. I am wowed by the amazing picture quality! I've had the unit for about a month and so far it's been awesome. I also have another brand's 43-inch 4K in another room and the picture quality on this one is MUCH better!

We have had our new Samsung for almost two weeks. Great picture and sound. Geek squad pros Nash and Nick,had it mounted on the wall and set up in no time at all. Although we haven't figured out all the bells and whistles yet, we are quite pleased with our recent purchase!

Very nice tv. Easy to set up. We were able to use our existing wall mount. Light weight compared to older tv. Only issue is that we are unable to upload our own photos in the screen settings. I have since found that many have had that issue. Not a deal breaker as I didn't realize that was an option when purchasing. Picture is of good quality. Overall very satisfied with this tv.

This was a Christmas for our son. I am sure he is very pleased with his Christmas Gift because of how he Rants and Raves to his friends what a Great 4K QLED Smart TV it is and the fact that we purchased it at Best Buy. Thank you Best buy, you made our son's Christmas.

This is a replacement for a 16 year old Samsung. The picture is outstanding. We thought we had good quality before BUT nothing compares to the new TV. Like the smart functions and the extra plug-ins.

This television looks gorgeous. It has nearly no lag when compared to various smart TV's and is easy to use. My only complaint is that many of the auto detect and auto adjust features aren't very good. Luckily, you can turn them off and be good.

I read the reviews and they weren't awesome or anything but I still went with this tv cause I pictured it in my space and my wants. This is an awesome television. Picture is clear and and colors are brilliant! The gaming mode on this is awesome also, great for the family.

It’s picture is awesome but it’s hard to set settings at begging since I play PS4 and watch a lot of movies. Had to adjust it probably for a week, sometimes I’d change the setting but it’d switch back. Had an issue with my smart remote that came with the tv wouldn’t connect After 3 weeks. But I found out that it was my simply mistakes haha oops. But worth it for sure

Love the sharpness, sound quality and display area. Also love the fact that the tv does not give off as much heat as my older samsung. I struggled a little with mounting the tv as it was slightly different for the screw holes. Had to go to the store and buy longer M8 screws to hold the tv to the mount. Other than that It was easy to mount.

Better than going to the movies. The picture is crystal clear, with more details in the movies we watch. Many times, we simply put the TV on a nature scene or fish and leave it on in the background as we work.

The value for this TV was great. After 1 year of ownership we’ve been happy with the picture quality, especially sports, and haven’t had any problems with it. Sound is fine but we added a sound bar to enhance the sound.
