Quality Control Issues

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really love the picture on this TV and would normally give it 4-5 stars, but out of the box the frame/bezel of the TV was damaged, dented. There was what I believe was excess glue at the bottom edge of TV screen where it meets the frame/bezel that I had to very carefully remove as well a noticeable dent/ding in the upper left corner of the frame/bezel (picture attached).

I am very sorry to see that your TV exhibited damage upon opening and setup. Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted -- during transit, damage could have been done.
We recommend you contact Best Buy directly for assistance in correcting this situation. We hope your issue is resolved in a timely manner.
Your concern regarding the adhesive around the bezel will be communicated to our internal teams.

Plays my ps5 perfectly, with the HDMI 2.1 port. Shows and movie ms look great. My only complaint would be it’s brightness, and by that I mean it’s lack of brightness. Other then that great TV.

Happy with new purchase so far. Only complaint is that it doesn’t stay connected to wifi like my other devices and I have to reset the network on the settings on the tv and re-enter my wifi information. Doubt it’s a tv issues but it is quite annoying

We suggest you to adjust sensitivity setting to optimize Bixby's response.
You can adjust from low to medium(default), high by going to Setting>General>Voice>Voice Assistant>Voice Wake-Up.

White Line

Just OK, Not worth the money.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Q70 is just an ok TV, It has lots of background glare from light sources even with closed curtains etc. and it's very annoying, some pucture blurr with fast moving movies or sport. When playing PS4 and going back to watch TV you have to turn off the TV to get back the sound from the samsung sound bar or TV as it defaults to mute and can not be changed.
