We are very satisfied with our purchase. The set up was reality easy. Did have to call Samsung to find out a couple of things I didn't understand.

I like Best Buy model where someone comes to your home to assess your capabilities, see where you want to put things and works with you patiently to propose what's in your best interest, not the stores. I also like that the assessor is not paid a commission on sales so he/she can be patient and listen. The two Geek Squad installers were equally knowledgeable and thorough. I was also to accomplish the sale via the phone and through those who came to my home. I have recommended Best Buy to a friend who is looking to upgrade her electronics.

Easy set up, no tools required unless you're hanging it from a wall. Adding devices was a breeze, programming took care of itself. Excellent picture quality.

Excellent everything EXCEPT FRAGILE LEGS (INCL) But Ohhhhh THE PICTURE QUALITY IS SUPERB-WORLD CLASS The LEGS ARE WEAK BY DESIGN- POOR DESIGN.

What a great picture. Awesome app selection. Samsung TV included with free channels. Apple Music. And did I mention what a great picture?!? Love it!

It was delivered by Best Buy with the screen cracked but I was able to return and get a new one. The picture quality is incredible but I took away a star because it is set up for an android system and not apple.

Solid TV for my needs. Great picture quality with good colors and has built in apps for many different video streaming services such as Netflix and Youtube.

We love our new 65 inch samsung t.v. The Color is so nice and bright and we have so enjoyed watching all our favorite shows! Thank you so much Best Buy!

We are very happy with this purchase. We originally got a smaller television that did not provide a large enough screen. This television is perfect for our living room. The geek squad replaced it with no problems.

This TV is great. The clarity is awesome and it is easily adjustable to meet whatever you want it to be. Lots of Smart apps. Would definitely buy again.

Picture is excellent. I like that it integrates well with my other Samsung products. I can't rate the quality of the sound since we use a Sonos sound bar.

Wow!!! The image in this tv is by far the best I’ve ever had and that’s says a lot for someone that constantly changes Their TVs.

Picture is crisp and clear. A little skipping during fast action which is a little disappointing since we spent more on this TV than a less expensive version to avoid that. Easy to mount and quick set up.

We love the bright colors of this TV. This is defiantly a step up from our plasma. There is so much to do with this TV and the functions are easy.

Love this TV. Samsung is by far the best if you’re gonna buy the best you should buy it at Best Buy. I have the QLED80 also. Great recommendation

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this TV is! I almost got the Q80T after reading some of the reviews but I am very happy with the Q70T!

Good value and easy to set up. We needed a TV that was compatible with watching sports and movies and the refresh rate at 120 does the trick
