They know TVs, I don’t. Geek Squad took out the old, hung the new one and made sure the sound was optimum on my sound system while they were here. Best Buy is the best!!!

I am not a Techie!

After being unable to obtain one from the Samsung website, I phoned Samsung and the results were awful. The Samsung rep. e-mailed me 4 different times with a link and the link was basically two paragraphs: one in english and the other in Chinese. Why no owners manual inside the box?
