Had to return it

There were bad LEDs at the left bottom of the screen and I was surprised to find out that this was a side lit TV and not a full array. I blame that on myself. The first time I ever had to return a Samsung product and the full array lighting was in the model above but there was a cost preventative price jump for me on that one. Went with the Sony. Do some research and know the lighting specs.

From what I understand when I purchased the tv it was to be delivered by an outside source who said all the trucks were at a meeting. When I called the next day someone from the store delivered it & did a wonderful job.

I got this one for our den. When family would visit and we wanted to watch different shows it was a battle for the Samsung. Having 2 solved the problem. I did have a problem with it turning itself on but I went on line and solved it.

Dissappointed

We have tried everything to correct it with no luck. After purchase we discovered this is a known issue that Samsung has yet to address. Very dissappointed as Samsung has been our go-to brand for many products and we've never had a problem with quality before

Samsung TV

Associate came out and had me move to the front of the store. Two Associates loaded the tv for me. My only complaint is that they did not have a receipt for my purchase. Is there any way that I can get my receipt?
