David said that he would stop by and fix it since my wife got in touch with Frontier and got the right code. The GEEK Team did a great job of setting everything up.

It had a black granule behind the screen. It looked like a burned out pixel but it wasn’t. I ended up buying a Sony.

We had the Best Buy service team install it. The showed up on time with appropriate COVID gear and proceedures. They were polite and professional--in and out in 30 min. Strongly recommend.

The guys were professional, but we were told how to use the remote for the Netflix, only told about the right left up and down, and home button, but the other buttons we are learning on our own
