The picture is awesome, especially 4K content. I had Spectrum for TV provider and a lot of channels had a stutter / judder. I’ve had Samsung forever and adjusted all the motion settings, etc. switched to Direct Tv because I had no issues with them in the past. Still have the stutter on a majority of channels. Have to keep TV in game mode and it helps, but quality lacks big time. Samsung knows this is an issue based on all my research but won’t update firmware to fix. Really wish I was still within my return window because I wouldn’t keep this TV. A shame.

Samsung TV’s are the best!

We had the 65” 8 series prior to this tv and unfortunately, our kids broke the screen. We were looking for a great price on tv’s and we wanted great quality. This tv fit the description for both of our needs.

Perfect for Gamers

However, our 6 year old daughter seems to have taken over the TV with her Nintendo Switch. Let her tell it, her game system only works on QLED TV

The TV would turn itself on and off on its on consistently. Tried troubleshooting with no success. Thank Goodness for Geek Squad assistance for taking care of it and getting me a new one.

After discussing what I would like to see accomplished ,he proceeded to work very hard to get the job done-to my complete satisfaction. The TV was placed on the wall and after completing the start up menus the TV has been working very fine Jeff did an outstanding job.

I wish it was a little brighter, but my living room is on the south side of my Texas home. Hulu app crashes often, but that's more Hulu's defect. You do wish companies like Samsung could penalize memory leaks with removal from their platform, but, again, it is what it is.

Adequate TV, good value

The stand is on the ends, and allows my Roku and DirecTV receiver to sit on the top of the TV cabinet underneath it, leaving room on my shelves for the center speaker and the PS.

Cameras are well hidden and even my wife liked it. Installer was fabulous and well versed for an old house w thick walls. I would recommend this to anyone. Rob
