Love the display and the fact that all the apps are built into it. Yes I had an older TV. The only problem is the audio. You will need at least a soundbar to get a good movie experience. I have it hooked up to a 7.2.2 so its awesome

Our adviser made a schedule adjustment for my work schedule which was amazing to start with. He was on time and worked with me to get the new product for our existing Best Buy system that has worked for us for over 12 years.

The remote is my favorite step up on this unit, from the budget units in the Samsung line-up. No complaints- I use with an Apple TV, but the built in TV functions aren't too intrusive.

We love this TV and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. It was an easy purchase and the Geek squad made it work right away. We buy all of our electronics from Best Buy as well as replacement appliances.

gorgeous still after a few years. The sound/speakers though you need to crank, but even then, it depends on the broadcast station, going thru the xbox, etc.

Awesome Kind of hard to say anything else Oh if you turn on a game concle the t v automatically transfers to that hdmi I don't use the tv speakers I'm a Bose guy I'm sure they work okay

Great TV and excellent color, motion, etc. The only thing is that the speakers aren't very big. But, then that's what a sound bar is for. If you pair that up with a sound bar, this TV is a winner!

This purchase of a 65" Samsung TV could not have been any better. The price was right, the delivery schedule was perfect and it was delivered by good people. We could not ask for a better purchase. Thank you.

I bought this TV on 12/13/20. I already have the Q70r from 2019 and it was FLAD with local dimming. This one is edge lit no local dimming and no FLAD and you can definitely see the difference. I think this will end up in the bathroom and I will be going back for the Q80t.

Great TV. My only issue so far is the volume button on the remote. I have to keep pressing it to change volume, instead of holding it down. There's so much I have yet to go through.

Its been about a year since I purchased this TV, and so far Im very satisfied with the purchase. The description of the item matched the product. The colors are exact and vivid.

All things considered, (compared to the 32"we WERE using), its a great TV. A few 'bells and whistles' we'll rarely use; pretty intuitive programming; fairly easy to navigate through the menus. very good LED visuals for not being 'Top-o-the-line' product.

Nearly perfect TV! I would say perfect, except a few cable channels, like The CW, hae frame stutter a couple of times per second. I believe the TV runs at 120 Hz, and there is something unusual with the frame interpolation hardware that results in a stutter.

The TV itself is fine. The remote control is a nightmare! No instructions and not intuitive. Samsung also sells a universal remote which is much easier to use. Why didn't they include it with this TV?

I'm quite pleased with the screen and all of the tv's features. I always turn off the auto motion feature which was hard to track down, but once I had it turned off everything looked perfect.

The 2 guys that came to install and set up my TV were very professional and did a great job. They took us thru the menu on the TV to help us understand it better and set it all up.

I would give it a minus 5 if I could. This is the second one of these I have had and both have been terrible. Although the picture was good initially, the first one failed within a year because it started turning itself on and off intermittently. It was under warranty and they were unable to fix it so I got a replacement. After about a year, it had a similar problem and now won't turn on at all. I am done with Samsung forever.

Very happy with the TV and the service at the store. I had a lot of questions and didn’t feel rushed into a purchase. Great TV! I also purchased the sound bar! Great together!
