    Spécial procédures followed. Distancing, gloves, masks etc. Everything's good and TV worked as advertised. Only downside is existing expensive receiver (more than 10 years old) cannot be connected to make the whole HIFI system worked like before change of TV.

    Bought this TV as a replacement for our main tv in the house and it’s a very good TV. Only one complaint. The viewing angle sucks but pair with our PS5 is looks really good.

    The young lady (rep for Samsung) was very professional and knowledgeable about TVs. She spent time with me and didn’t rush me into buying a TV. She provided a good service!

    No issues. Great looking TV. Fast UI, responsive menus and easy to use controller. Could be a little louder, but I use a sound bar so all is well.

    QLED not always what's it's cracked up to be

    We'd purchased this Q model as a replacement for our 2 yr old 8000 series Crystal UHD which was damaged by a lightning strike, We thought we were replacing for like, with the Q technology being newer/more advanced, but were utterly disappointed. The picture was not nearly as bright and sharp, the 'ambient lighting' feature turned itself on and off, and the Bixby voice recognition module was inferior to that of our old TV. Further, the remote and even the stand itself felt light and cheap. This would be one case where 'latest and greatest' is not always the best. We returned this model and ended up upgrading to the Q8. Far better picture, etc but still no match for our 2018 8000.

    Great viewing quality! Geek Squad was very efficient in setting it up. Bought this for my husband for Christmas. I think he’s more in love with it than me right now! Lol

    Have always liked the Samsung tv and cell phones. I have been very happy with my purchase so far. I have yet to even try half of the bells and whistles on this tv.

    All the extras of the more advanced smart TV's plus the brightness needed for todays open room lighting. Easy setup with all the movie sites built in to just click on.

    This is an excellent tv. It matches our Samsung phones. It is very easy to stream from our phonea to the tv as well as using our house wifi. Weblove this tv.

    The 65" is a beautiful TV but this model has some problems with the internet connections. This problem with the 2020 model is documented on reported problems from other owners with no correction.

      I am very sorry that you are having internet connection issues with your Q70T QLED Smart TV.

      We suggest you try these steps:
      1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m).
      2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.)

      3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem.
      Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings >Support> Device Care> Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test

    Love this tv!bought for the purpose of the ps5 but since I can't get my hands on one it just sits on the wall all 65 inches of it. Nice detail and clarity. Colors are depicted well too!

    I purchased a Samsung because it works with my AT&T TV service. Because I’m used to Sony ‘s, it was a bit of a hassle to get used to.That said, this model has a great display, but in my humble opinion, is not as good as a comparable Sony model.

    If you can ever figure out how to use the controller you might be able to watch tv! Geek guy said it was a learning curve. Not user friendly!!

    This tv is okay but if you have internet issues the tv gets stuck screen won’t change and should disconnect from power source to reset it
