The only issue I have is that I paid $25.00 for the installers to remove my old TV but I changed my mind and kept my old TV. I wish I could get my $25.00 refunded.

The only issue I have is that occasionally the volume will get abnormally loud. I can’t tell for sure if it’s the TV or the show’s quality. Other than that, I’m happy with this tv.

I couldn’t even try the TV because there was no power cord, stand, instructions or remote in the box. The box had been re-taped up and I did not pay for an open box item. I am returning to Best Buy as I write this and I hope they will make this right.

Definitely pricey, but hopefully it last many years. We were really disappointed that our previous model lasted only 3 years, but still like Samsung the best.
