    Would be 5 stars but Samsung software needs work. Alexa cannot be used to change channels when Spectrum TV app is used. Also, the Spectrum app cannot be set up as a default app

    The overall lack of brightness I was expecting is not there. Was going to go Sony OLED but settled for this because Samsung's traditionally have always been brighter.

    Really wanted to like this product. It had such a great picture, and more smart apps than most other brands. However, the sound would not sync with lip movement. BestBuy even delivered and set up another set (same model), and the problem continued. Finally had to exchange it for an LG. BestBuy was really great throughout the entire ordeal.

      Thank you for sharing your review of the Samsung Q70T. I am very sorry that lip sync issues with your TV have caused you to return it. If your issue was with a soundbar, please know that our 2020 TVs do have an audio Pass-Through feature. This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.

      Changes to digital audio output in Expert Settings may also have helped with your issue: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

    The TV was bright, sleek, and nice. I returned it because the delivery guy told me I could fit a 75 in on my TV stand.

    For a QLED I dont feel it is any better than the 50" Samsung NU6900 we have which is a heck of alot cheaper and the picture almost looks clearer on the cheaper 50" non QLED.

    Good in store service, and help loading the TV. I was disappointed when I retuned the wall mount in an unopened box that BestBuy would only give me a store credit.

    I like the tv, but the process the pick up the tv was difficult. The tv is good value for the price. Also Best Buy has a guaranteed price match for 60 days after you purchase.
