However when going from 1080P to 4K I couldn’t tell the slightest difference. The television does not offer true 4K technology as I would have hoped. You’re better off returning it and getting a slightly more expensive model not from Samsung. Not to mention the Samsung TV that comes with it is the worst quality I have ever seen. The picture is blurry and pixilated.

The Q70T Series is engineered to display 100% color volume, and to fully express HDR effects.
Its Quantum processor 4K upscale automatically by analyzing the input source to reduce image noise, restore lost detail, and define edges around objects and text.
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the picture quality.
Here are a few tips that may help you better enjoy the 4K viewing experience:
1. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer your content is to 4K, the better the image will look on the screen.
2. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing.
3. The TV also offers custom settings, allowing you to adjust images to your preference.
4. The quality of streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that would automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.
