    first time to write a review, TV damaged, BESTbuy refused to help me even with my Geek squad I paid when I bought this TV less than 6 months ago. I'm not going to buy anything from Bestbuy again.

    Problems with notification sound all the time, and uploading apps. After paying off will cancel bestbuy card and never shop there again. Also problems with Q60T sound bar. Very upset and disappointed.

      Thank you for purchasing the Q70T TV and for your review. The sound you are hearing may be the chiming from the Tap View feature that gives you the option to allow for Multi-Screen between your smart phone and TV.

      This feature can be disabled from the SmartThings App Settings on your phone.

      I am sorry to hear that you are having issues uploading apps. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

      Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.

      This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps if any.

      We also suggest you check your internet connection:
      1. Use 5G WiFi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router

      Also, please check that your TV has the latest firmware update. To update directly from your TV, press the HOME button on your remote. Go to SETTINGS (gear icon) > Support > Software Update > Update Now

      Your TV will check for the update and should start downloading the update. After the update is installed the TV will shut down and restart. Once the TV restarts, press and hold the Power button until the TV turns off and back on.

    Did a lot of online research before finally heading to Best Buy to compare TVs in person. Was sorely tempted by some of the bargain priced TVs, but very happy with this TV. First, the picture quality is stunning! The 120 frames per second was a bigger deal than originally expected - the tv picture is very smooth. Second, this is truly a "smart" tv: plug in the various components to the tv during setup, and they work natively with the tv remote! This was a great surprise. I absolutely love that my Apple TV can be controlled by the tv remote, and I did absolutely nothing besides plug it in during setup. A very satisfying purchase!

    1.5 years. QLED went black. Cost to fix is almost the cost to buy new TV. Paid $1.1K before taxes.

      Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.

      You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, tint, contrast, white balance, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

      For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
      For movies, you may want to turn this setting to Off

      I am very sorry to hear that your Q70T TV came with a cracked screen.

      Our products leave the factory after passing numerous rigorous quality checks.
      Nonetheless, a TV is a very fragile device and damage could have been incurred during shipping and handling. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation -- laid on its side or tilted-- during transit, internal damage could have been done.

      I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your Q70T QLED 4K Smart TV.

      Please try a few trouble-shooting steps that may help solve the issue:
      1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
      2. If the power cycling allows enough time in between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest Firmware.
      3. Disable the Power On with Mobile option.
      TVs which can connect to SmartThings can be turned on using compatible devices, sometimes automatically. However, if abnormal "power on" signals are sent through the wireless network, they will trigger this function and make the TV turn on.
      If you do not want this function, navigate to Settings > General > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile, and turn the setting off.

      If the TV continues to turn off and on by itself continuously, then the TV will need service.

    amsung has always been a huge staple in our family when it comes to household appliances as well as electronics. The brand is very dependable and reliable meaning it has very few issues when it comes to durability. The picture is extremely clear and feels like you are in the movies except with a super sharp picture. The 4k quantum processor improves performance and upscaling quality and and you can also adjust the brightness. With over 33 million pixels you can see a complete picture on a beautiful canvas which brings me to ambient mode. The TV can cloak itself like it isnt there at all and become apart of the wall or as a decorative piece mounted on the wall. The possibilities are endless! Bixby is your intelligent assistant when needing help with any tasks and Bixby is already also located on my Samsung phone as well as my new Samsung qled TV! In the dark iam able to get the full pictures and color scheme and also because of the 4k it doesnt matter where iam in the room, I can see the picture from any angle. The TV is not bulky and boasts a sleek design making it a top contender for 2019. The remote was challenging at first but nothing that could not be figured out. My family and I love our new TV and very grateful to have Samsung electronics in our home. Samsung is a name we trust!
