Love this TV! Easy to use, smart controls work great and the picture is amazing.

We traded a Sony for this that we started having big problems with only after a week. We are so glad we just didn’t stay with the Sony. This Samsung is so much better. It has a better, more realistic picture and the sound is so much better. We were going to have to get a sound bar for Sony because we couldn’t understand the dialogue. No need for sound bar with the Samsung.

I purchased this TV based on the best value for the price basis. I didn't want to spend the additional amount for an OLED TV, so I took the recommendation of the sales person. I almost went for the lesser priced Q60, but decided on the Q80. I glad I did because I am extremely pleased with this TV.

OK yes we have had this for a while now, a year maybe? It is going strong. Some of the bells and whistles are difficult to figure out like the app that allows you to operate the TV from your phone. It doesn't;t seem to connect easily so I don't use it. Also the music elements of Samsung don't always connect to my phone like it is supposed to. SOOO I guess if there is a bug it is the wifi connectivity. It does drop a lot, meaning it seems to struggle to connect, could be the internet though so take that into consideration. The picture is great and the sound wicked!

This is the best tv in it's price range. The picture quality is nearly as good as the OLED tv I have. The color depth and the blacks are amazing and the motion is lifelike. The anti glare glass makes a huge difference and the viewing angles are unlimited. Definitely worth the money.

I bought this TV to replace my 55" plasma. I looked at the Q70 but bought the Q80 because the screen reflects light and the TV was going into a bright room. The setup was easy. Picture quality is really good. I am not sure about this Bixby. It sometimes comes up on the screen after it hears someone talking on the TV. Haven't taken the time to see if it can be turn off.

i have been streaming 4K videos on Amazon and Netflix. I have been impressed in the picture quality. This TV is placed in our Den and faces towards the back of the room which has several windows that caused a distraction of the glare and mirroring of the windows on my previous TV. The anti-glare feature of this TV works great to eliminate about 98% of this glare.
