Lived with this TV for a year now. The good is that the picture and sound quality of the TV are great. Home button gets you to your streaming apps easily and if this was a standalone setup, there would be no complaints. However, the HDMI interface is possessed. I have an HDMI running to my Yamaha receiver using the HDCP2.2 out of the Yamaha. There is also a Roku streaming stick that is in the Yamaha as well as DVD connection. What will happen is sometimes when the TV is turned on the HTR will power on sometimes it will not. Sometimes the TV is turned on and then the HTR and the HTR input has changed to DVD, or Roku or HDMI6. Sometimes I turn off the TV and HTR also turns off but then 20 sec later the TV turns back on. This HTR arrangement worked w/o issue on the LG TV that was replaced by the Samsung. My guess is the Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is being triggered and turns the TV back on but honestly its ridiculous. Its random cyclical events. On occasion it works flawlessly, but this is kind of behavior should not be happening on TV's in this price range especially.

We like the tv and the clear picture. Couldn’t decide between the 65” and 75”. I am thinking the 75” would’ve fit and should’ve gotten that, but this price was good. I like the lower profile legs on the stand instead of the old style Samsung tv, so that’s a marked improvement. The only odd thing we’ve noticed is that sometimes during darker scenes in movies that the picture fades in& our briefly, like it’s trying to auto-balance the picture.

The quality Of the picture on this Tv is amazing. Love watching Netflix on it. I love Samsung TVs. My very first tv was a Samsung I bought in 2008 and it’s still works great. I know my q80 is going to last me a long time.

Fantastic TV! and easy to setup. Picture was amazing with bright colors and dark blacks. It's design, functionality and quality is just outstanding. Many modern features at a reasonable price and you won't be disappointed with this TV.

I spent a lot of time researching the different 4K QLED televisions. I decided on the Q80 for a great resolution and picture for a midline price. I am totally thrilled with my purchase.

The best part about this TV is no reflections from lamp & glares which was a problem with the TV we had before. Picture is great, Alexa works well with TV, turn on, off volume up, down & even will change stations some what. But Alexa comes with some of the priced TV. The price though is high, & you do see a glare if your to the side of the TV. This was the lowest priced TV that offered the anti glare which was why we brought it.

Great recommendation by the salesman. TV was delivered on time, and in perfect condition. Setup with the sound bar and other equipment was easy. It is the perfect TV and sound bar for the space. It provides movie theater quality at a good price.

Was a little concerned that 65 inch TV would be too big for my space but worked out well. enjoying the picture. Upgraded cable and internet connection after installation seems to be working well. Still learning how to ue it all.

Replaced a 10 year old TV and cannot believe the difference! This new TV picture is incredible, and the built-in App access means that I no longer need a Roku or AppleTV box.

We went into Best Buy to look at a Q6 series QLED TV. After the nice gentlemen showed us the Q80 we purchased it. This Q80 has bright whites and dark blacks and the clarity if fantastic!!! We couldn't be happier w/ the purchase!!!

Bought this TV thinking it was not going to be good for just watching cable. I was wrong!!! It makes the picture from cable incredible!! Blu Ray and streaming is unbelievable. This really shows the flaws and age in today’s actors.

I couldn't be happier with our new tv. I initially was looking at the OLED but very happy I purchased this one with quite a bit less $$ too! Does EVERYTHING I need and has great brightness when viewing during the day (OLED wouldn't).

Easy set up. Instructions are clear and getting the TV going straight forward. Picture quality is outstanding. Smart TV functions perfectly and is easy to access. Remote control is simple and intuitively designed. Very happy with this TV.

This TV surprises me just about every day that I use it. I was shopping for the Q60 Series but I'm glad I spent a little more on the Q80 for the side viewing on this TV. Their's not a bad view on the screen. Very clear screen.

We went to Best Buy wanting to get a specific tv and we walked out with one that was a grade higher but not the top line expensive so we are definitely are happy with the one we got and the picture quality is pretty awesome.

After waiting for three weeks for my 65 inch tv to be delivered and set up. I was very surprised and exstatic with the end results. The service technician was great and the picture on the tv was fantastic and worth waiting for.

This model works very well in lighted areas without losing colors. The salesman was very helpful with the lighting and pointed this out. Without his knowledge i would have never seen the difference. A very happy customer. Thanks Randy!

This q80 is great. Picture is sharp and clear. Almost like the screen is alive. I love this q80 series. Samsung gives you lots of free channels with this this TV. I just wonder what Samsung will come out with next.

This tv is without a doubt one of the best tv's i have ever owned. Bright colors, deep blacks, no glare in my bright living room. Can't beat the quality. I'm actually buying another one to put in the master too. Highly recommend!

Amazing picture! Bought it for a well lighted room and it hasn't disappointed. Sharp images and sports action is crisp. Deep colors. I have a 1 year old model of the same TV visible in the porch and difference is amazing.
