The color, size, and contrasts make this the perfect one for our family. We didn’t really understand the sales comment about the “black being blacker” than other screens, but it is so true.

Looked at 60, 70, 80 & 90 and you could see a difference side by side series by series. This was the sweet spot for me based on picture, features and price. Would definitely recommend.

Great TV, beautiful, bright, vivid picture. High refresh rate for video games. No burn in guarantee is great. Seem to occasionally turn on by itself though.

After many years I decided to replace my much smaller TV with this fantastic monster. The picture is unreal, I am blown away by the ease of use as well. Great choice for family movie night!!!

I think this TV looks amazing when you are In a bright room. However when in the dark it cannot compare to an OLED. Additionally it is great but comes with the price tag that matches it. You can probably get something pretty close to this tv for less if you are only watching cable (1080i). Definitely looks amazing for streaming anything true 4K.

Easy to aet up. Remote is simple to use. The ambient mode is wonderfully artistic. Good picture from all angles. Can't discuss sound as I have mine hooked up to a home theatee.

This tv is the bomb, excellent picture quality from all angles. Has great veiwing from the side. Samsung easy to hook upto with wireless and other inputs

This TV is incredible. The clearest picture I have ever seen. What is amazing is that you can see it clearly from any position in the room. Would highly recommend this one!

I don't buy TV's that often so I really try to do the research and I look for the best value. I spent a long time comparing the LG OLED and Samsung QLED products. For me, it came down to needing a technology that would perform uniformly over a broad level of lighting where there was little control of it. The QLED won out and I am very pleased. But there is one more consideration and that is where to buy. For this type of purchase Best Buy has always provided a competitive price and the highest level of support.

This tv is outstanding. My only beef with it is the Bixby voice response function. Bixby is no where near as advanced as Alexa. For instance, when I ask Bixby to switch to another tv input it responds with "This service isn't setup yet. Would you like to set it up now?", instead of just switching to the input (i.e. game box, streaming service, etc.) requested. That can be annoying. Bixby has a few flaws with executing some commands I won't waste time mentioning here, because the annoyances take little away from its overall performance. Besides, every time I look at the picture on this thing i'm in heaven (bright, sharp, deep realistic colors and outstanding GUI:) I should also state that this tv is hooked to a Bose soundbar 700, a pair of Bose wireless virtual surround and two Bose 700 subwoofers. Yeah, this home theater system rocks! Now, I've only had this tv since mid December of last year, but so far so good. Quality seems stellar (good looking tv), reliability requires time. That said, I'll update later if reliability turns out to be a nightmare. Right now...heaaaaaven. I'm removing half a star for Bixby flaws. A solid 4.5 stars.

This TV has amazing color and picture quality. Great for Blue Ray (or 4K streamed movies), gaming (PS4). Extremely happy with this TV, and would recommend it to anyone.

After about five years of looking at a 47 inch LG HGTV, I finally convinced the wife we ahould upgrade. This TV is worth every penny. Startup: Once you press power, this monster is ready to go. No loading. No buffering. Bam. Blu Ray. Xbox One. Just hit on and God. Picture. Outstanding. Watched Dunkirk on regular blu ray and it was amazing. Sharp picture, deep blacks, and amazing contrast. Sound is great. Huge upgrade over the LG I had. If youre looking to spend $2k on a TV, this is a good way to do it.

The Samsung Q80 QLED TV has brilliant colors, displays 4K picture quality (when sources permit). Together with our surround sound system, we have a great Entertainment Center.

I went from having a 8 yr old 1080p Insignia to this 4k from samsung. It really was worth the upgrade price so far. Everything has been working as expected and I am for the most part very happy. The only thing I wish it would have for the price is a voice assistant that pulls from all the apps I pay for, like if you ask it to pull up a movie it wont cross check with netflix, hulu etc. It will instead just pull up the rental cost for the movie. If it worked like the fire stick it would be exceptional.

So...I’m not an expert w TV’s. Lost my husband of 34 yrs 5 years ago—he was the expert on TV’s. But when my daughter came to visit me, she said, that’s it Mom. Were going to go and buy a new TV. Everyone was so very helpful. My sales associate was awesome!!! The “geek squad” is the only way to go!!!! Sooo professional and knew exactly how to install not only my TV, but put the wires behind the wall and also install an extension from the wall so I can now pull out my TV from the wall and turn it!!! OMG!!! They were amazing. Love the Samsung TV!! Thank you Geek Squad!!!! Thank you BestBuy!!! Very grateful. LisaB

Picture is great especially with 4K movies/shows. Smart functions and use of apps are great features and easy to use. Connects easily with other Bluetooth devices.

This is a high quality TV with an anti-glare feature that makes it perfect for our room. We are very impressed with the quality of the picture and the ease of use.

This tv speaks for itself! It has a beautiful picture and decent sound quality! If you don't have one and you can afford one I highly recommend picking one up! You should probably spring for a sound bar when you by it! If you fiance it be careful of which plan/method you choose, I did two year's interest free and didn't qualify for any reward points, but that's ok because I had a bunch of purchases I hadn't reviewed and each review gives me 25 points so now I'm getting my points this way. All of that aside, this is a great tv and I would recommend it to anyone!
