Great TV, QLED are great TV's, i had a frame tv in one room and wanted to get another tv for my family room but didnt want to spend the money for a 65 inch frame tv. This tv was equally if not better quality. Vibrant colors, easy setup and love the new ring camera pop up alert feature.

Love this tv and it was not missing anything even though it was an open box. Still use it today and no picture loss.

I have this tv for two months and I I’m very happy with it; the picture is clear, colors are bright, the black color is black, the remote control is easy to use and doesn’t need batteries. It was a good buy.

We are happy with this purchase. We replaced a 55 inch Phillips wanna be smart TV with this one. We have an 8 series in the bedroom and love its functionality. Great picture and easy to use. We now feel like we are at the theater while at home.

I bought this new tv as an open box. I brought it home and was setting it up and found out that three of the four hdmi ports on the tv were faulty. The pins in the ports were pointing upwards and you couldbt get any cords in them. Best buy came and replaced the ports on the tv and now it works perfectly.

Have the TV mounted across from a large window, we were sure that we would need window covering to enable viewing, not so. Yes it will have less glare with window coverings, but the picture is bright and very easy to watch, no rush on blinds.

I was looking for a larger tv and came across this and read the reviews so I thought I would give it a shot. Glad I did great picture and easy set up and the best thing it was on sale. After my daughter and son in law seen it they bought one the next dsy

This was a great TV for the price. It is a high quality smart TV that is highly rated by my favorite consumer evaluator, is 120hz and 4KUHD. Looks great. The sound is good, but I did get a sound bar to go with it. It looks lovely.

This television is great. Very sharp picture and it is very easy to install and to hang on the wall. The TV is very slip and NOT as heavy as the older TVs. I was able to get additional $100 off when it was on sale one week after my purchase.

I love everything about the TV and the delivery/install service from Best Buy. Picture is crisp, colors and sound are perfect. Very easy to navigate through options and to set up streaming services. I'm very happy with the purchase.

While it's only been a couple days since I've gotten this set up, it's clearly a beautiful television and I'm very happy with it. My previous TV, also a Samsung (55 inches), had a lovely life, but it was probably a decade old, and while it was still working pretty well (other than with some programs on Hulu at times--no idea why), it was time to upgrade both in tech and size. This was relatively easy to set up (you do need two people, though, as it's really big for one person to move around) and to sync with my various streaming networks. Sound is perfectly good for my living room, though if you're a serious audiophile, you may want to invest in a soundbar/sound system of some kind. All in all, especially given the price point, I'm very happy that I bought this.

Overall, I was a bit hesitant to make the purchase due to the price, even when it was on sale. I'm normally one to search high and low for the best deals, and I will say without a doubt, this purchase was worth the money spent. The back lighting makes the picture vibrant and the contrast is great. From watch movies to playing video games, the details are great. No notice of tearing or lag due to the refresh rate. Action scenes and sports flow with grace and nothing is missed. One thing I do enjoy with this Samsung model compared to others is that all the USB and HDMI ports are built-in to a panel in the back of the TV instead of a "box" of sorts that hangs or dangles from some of Samsung's previous models. Setup was straightforward and easy, and I have not yet noticed any issues accessing apps directly from Samsung's smart interface.

I recently bought this TV for my parents and they love it, it has a great picture and they love the features. It was easy to install and easy to operate. I would recommend it, if you're looking for a new TV and don't want to break the bank

What a great TV! Just ❤️ the picture! One of the easiest TV’s to set up ever… I just turned it on and the Samsung web interface automatically linked together my satellite, WiFi, and home network. Talk about easy-peasey!!!

I really like this TV. The brightness and color are great and the remote works very well. You'll need to adjust the picture settings because out of the box they weren't great but easily adjusted.

This is a great tv for the money. Picture is very good. The tv sound system built in works nicely in the room we’re using it. So far it’s run all our streaming apps fine and setup was a breeze. Glad we bought it!

Absolutely love this tv. Bought it for the 4x HDMI 2.1 so I can have my series X run @120hz and still use ears for soundbar. Amazing picture, beautiful colors, same Samsung interface I’m used to. All around great tv
