Been a Samsung TV fan for years and this version is awesome. Sharp picture and all of the features you’d want for a TV. Price was good and installation smooth.

Great tv. Great picture. Easy to use and things are easily accessed. Sound is still not good enough and as usual with new TVs I connected it to an outside audio source.

The color and vibrancy on the tv is absolutely amazing! We know this product will last a long time and it is such a clean look as well too! So happy with this purchase!

The entire process was it only painless but enjoyable. The salesperson was helpful and definitely steered me in the right direction. The real icing on the cake were the delivery guys though. Alex, Zach, and Josh were amazing. They were on-time, professional, well-spoken, capable, and incredibly helpful. I was pretty much wowed. Those guys were fantastic and installed my new tv and add-on’s efficiently. There have been NO problems either. Alex made sure i knew how to operate the equipment before he left. I am so glad I went to Best Buy in St.Matthews. I really like my new tv and sound bar.

The Q80A is a spectacular television. Purchased during a super low price sale made a good bargain great!! One of the few TV's that appears just as good in the living room as it does on display at BB. 4K itself is the ultimate in crisp clear live sports, streaming, cable, & HDTV antenna, 4K up-scaling renders equally sharp and vivid pictures. The Q80A streaming is incredible!! Use Roku, Fire Stick, X1 or Tizen. It doesn't matter, integration with the Q80A is simple. TV is part of my home theater set-up. Therefore, I can't comment on the sound quality.

Remote was easy to learn, great picture quality, although the strangest thing occurred with vibration on the wall mount and is noticeably heard at a certain volume. Other than this I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great TV, great colors. Chose Samsung because it allows loading all of the applications are there and fairly easy to navigate. No need for Fire TV or Roku.

I am loving this tv. Beautiful picture and hooked up with a Q Soundbar... amazing experience! So much more enjoyable than going to a movie theater as it is in my own home! The remote does take getting used to, but I do love that it is small, light and solar powered! I have it in a dark basement and it has not needed to be charged yet. Hopefully, this will last as long as two other Samsungs I have which are still going strong after 11 years of use.

I haven’t purchased a tv in years so this is a major upgrade. But there are TVs with better picture than this. As it goes. Overall very happy with the tv. All the fun features and picture is still real good. Which is good enough for me.

The Samsung has a great picture and very easy to use. We have the tv mounted above the fireplace and the techs did a great job with the installation.

As usual The best rating totally exceeded our expectations. The delivery team was prompt courteous give us advance notice in safely delivered the television to our home. As far as the TV itself, we couldn’t be happier with the picture quality and sound. Replaced an eight year old TV and we are actually amazed at how great the picture quality is. Even the dark sequences of the shows that we watch are much more visible and discernible. I would strongly recommend the TV and always strongly recommend Best Buy and their overall approach to taking care of customers.

We had the 2019 model and sold it when we sold our house. Big difference between that one and this model. The clarity and colors are outstanding. Just about every program looks like 4K content. The active voice amplifier really helps to hear and understand on screen dialogue. Sound from TV speakers is good and we have no need for sound bar. The only adjustment we made was to slightly lower the overall color. The only issue is it needs more anti-glare technology because it picks up light pretty easily. Otherwise, extremely satisfied with this TV.

The quality of the tv is great although we have 2 windows that can affect the quality of the television, the colors look very good, the image, I feel that adding a sound bar would be perfect to have your own home theater

Excellent picture, color and operation. Geek Squad did wall install and set-up! Well satisfied with whole process from selection to home use.

Great picture and easy to use. Have not watched anything in 4K but soon will as Geek Squad showed a brief video during setup.

So far… Picture quality is excellent! Streaming, Excellent! Played my old PS4 on it. Pictures are crisp!! I don’t own a PS5. Will update review. Once I’ve purchased and owned it for a month or so. Packed with features I like and will use. To many to discuss in this review. I was very skeptical on spending $1300 plus. Glad I purchased it. Is it over priced? That’s a debate for a different review. I’ll say this. Anything of quality you purchase. Will not be cheap. Less it’s on sale. For me and my needs. This was a quality purchase. Enjoy!

The television is great quality at this price point. Only have had the television for a month, but very happy with the purchase.

Display is great! Vibrant colors, fast refresh rate for action & sports, and viewing the TV from any angle, even a steep side angle, is still very clear and crisp. Great TV for playing video games, and watching movies and live sports. Plenty of HDMI ports in the back, as well as being designed so that tall the cables can be ran through the center support stand of the TV, so cable management is tidy as well. Plus, the remote doesn't use batteries, but is rechargeable, either through a USB-C cable or solar charging from iside lights.
