Great TV, loving it so far. Bought it as open box and it was in great condition. The image quality is really good, black colors do look darker when there are darker areas on the screen. It could only get better with an oled but that would be way more expensive to have the same size TV. The sound is also really good, somehow they make sound like sounds come from different directions, I was impressed with that.

Our Samsung 65” TV is everything we wanted. Beautiful, sharp, good picture, colors and sound.

We love the Q80A! Top tier for sports. Amazing for movies. We thought about purchasing a Q60A or Q70A instead, but at the current price points with the included gift card when packaging with a speaker system the Q80A is undoubtedly the best. We did a lot of research on the decision and it was only an extra $100 than the Q70A at the time of purchasing.

We replaced a 10 year old plasma tv and love the picture and how easy it is to use.

I am completely satisfied with the picture, audio, and operation of my Samsung television. I was concerned with the picture brightness because the room it is in has lots of natural light and being able to view the picture from the side. The picture at the brightest time of the day is not a concern and the picture from the side is clear and a big improvement from my last television.

Beautiful picture on this TV. What I really like is the upscale feature. It takes an average picture and boosts it to an excellent picture. Has a nice stand that doesn't require a 70 inch piece of furniture to hold it. It's 4k, but the amount of 4k content is very limited and the industry is not running and screaming to produce more. You can't beat this TV for picture quality (and the sound isn't bad either)

The colors are vibrant. The sound is great. So far we are really enjoying our new television.

This TV replaced my not so smart 2008 Samsung which was still operating by the way. I love Samsung and I pray this TV works for as many years as the other did.

Great product… this is my 3rd QLED… very easy pairing with my other Smart Devices…

I decided to upgrade my 8yo 55" Samsung 3D TV to the 65" Q80a. The main reason i went with the 8 series was for the full array back-lighting as opposed to edge-lit. The difference is deeper blacks, which my previous TV lacked. I also wanted the solar remote. No more batteries! So far, this TV has been a joy to watch. If you're considering a reasonably priced upgrade to what you have now, the Q80a should be considered.
