I had a two year old samsung q6 and my 4 year old broke it. Had to get it replaced. Went to best buy and costco. Found this one on special as an open item but was still wrapped up looked like it wasnt open. Got it home set it up and i am absolutely happy. Picture is awesome, sound quality is amazing and being a Samsung user makes my experience even better.

Second Samsung doesn't disappoint

It's definitely a nice step from our older model (which still works great). We love the picture quality and performance. The only negative we've encountered is the volume fluctuating randomly during certain TV shows. This could be an issue with the shows, themselves, or our cable service though. That said, I'd buy again and have no regrets.

Espn+, disney+, paramount+, hulu, prime video, showtime and i enjoy the samsung tv app. I was disappointed that live agent did tell me that I could add peacock tv app, but as of this weekend, i have not found during search. I have connected with my surround sound and even better! Full array was worth the price. Wife spoiled me with this television!
