It was a little difficult to learn to use the controller as it has been simplified and many functions are made from the same button. Very nice when you learn it, but it was difficult finding resources (phone, documentation) to assist with functionalities. We did buy a great Samsung sound bar and subwoofer that makes the conversations easier for older ears to understand.

Thank you for choosing Samsung’s QN80A TV and for your review. To assist you in learning the various features and functions of your new TV, you can download the Q80A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the Q80A TV under "4K QLED TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.

Though it has Google and Alexa options, I recommend using Samsung’s Hi Bixby as it works better without interruption from someone saying for example Alexa. The picture is almost 3D. We are enjoying our new purchase and quite pleased. The Geek Squad was helpful in suggesting this to us.

(Almost too bright for white loading screen at night though) I was amazed that without even connecting it to an antenna I was able to get over air digital TV broadcasts.

Nice height, good viewing level. Easy to view from side view. There is some reflection on screen however. Great if you are a samsung phone user, easy integration, works with Google Home. connected to Dish TV service. Love Samsung TVs, this is our fourth one. New style remote not for older people:(
