Piece of junk

Almost every time we watch HULU (which came pre-installed) we have to exit HULU and watch regular over the air TV for at least 15 minutes to avoid HULU refusing to load the next time we want to watch it. The only way to fix the problem is to unplug the TV for a minute or two ... THEN, HULU will load properly. There is no way to reset the TV or reinstall the HULU APP. To add insult to injury, the remote is recharged via light in lieu of changing the batteries. Two days ago the remote stopped holding a charge. Now we have to hold the remote under a light source each day before the remote will work. We will NEVER AGAIN purchase a Samsung product. NEVER.

We are slowly figuring out all that we can do with this TV. Has many options that are available. We could not ask for a better picture, even able to use it as a large picture for the wall when it is off. Also like to say that the two men who installed our TV where excellent.

My Oled Samsong 8k daily mesmerize .

The Colors are sharp and crisp they seem to mesmorize me and calm me down from everyday stress. As I’m watching the screen I have this feeling the actors are acting out a play the picture color is so vivid. I actually think I’m watching a fresh& clear live play not a movie.

The image quality is great, specially when it comes to the ps5. The only thing I have a hard time with is learning how to use it, its hard to get into all the settings and the apps, the remote control doesn't help much because its as complex as the tv, hopefully I will figure it out, eventually.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your new TV, you can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater" > "TVs". From there, you can select the Q60A TV under "4K QLED TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
